On Tarmac's advice I am looking for a true duel exhaust. Preferably one that doesn't drone or cost a small fortune!

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I emailed the guy and he said they are sport (high flow) cats. He also said he can't say which specific brand they are as he get them from a number of European suppliers. I imagine they work just fine... when super hot.

Never heard of decats with 200CPI...

Is this exhaust any louder than stock?

I dont know if anyone covered this, but i just put poly banana arm bushes in (courtesy of CS) and am amazed at the difference in the feel of the car. i had read everone saying they were good but didnt really believe it, but now i want the poly bushes everywhere!
