I wish the guy that fitted them to my car took so much care.

I have finally cured my front end nocking. I must be the most unlucky person in the world as it turned out to be both my banana arm bush and drop links. Superpro banana arm bush from CS, (this is an awesome 'mod' btw as the increased caster feels really different) and whiteline drop links from tarmac also well worth while if you want to change your ARB later on. All fitted on my drive way.

So I bought a motordyne plenum spacer from tarmac. It's not the best looking bit of kit, but it has made a noticeable difference. Would recommend. Takes about 30 mins to fit.

No worries. Yes plenum spacer seems to work well (tthanks tarmac). Mods please lock.

Well the Milltek new is around £800-£900 odd isn't it? Surely worth putting the standard one back on if you still have it (or buying a cheap second hand one) then selling the Milltek. I'd bet someone on here would buy it if it's in good condition and the price is right. I would second that... and I have a standard exhaust... just saying

So... who is going to bite the bullet and buy some to tell everyone else how they perform...

I emailed the guy and he said they are sport (high flow) cats. He also said he can't say which specific brand they are as he get them from a number of European suppliers. I imagine they work just fine... when super hot.
