Thinking might be able to use these without the side mount brackets?
They look almost identical to my recaro ones that my cs are mounted on

Most people use the planted bases but speak to @buster he was telling me a few weeks back tarmac we're coming up with some mounts

Me too
I called up to book a drive all good. Excuse my lack of knowledge but the guy stated that is was an aero kit, although from what I can see the aero kit only includes bumpers and sideskirt whereas I see nismo wheels, seat etc.
Could it be that he was mistaken, or possibly is a mk2 with an aero kit installed? He said I wouldn't need to declare it as a mod for insurance..
Thanks
Hes talking rubbish its a mk1 nismo they are the mk1 alloys

I'm loving these updates
And jealous of your lower position as I'm no lower in the recaro ha ha however I've keept the sliding rails as I'm mainly road car but if I ever go fixed seat I'm all over this
You will love the spacer on the wheel i also have it and with my seat as far back as it will go the wheel now falls to hand nicely

I never had such issues with my Sibon bonnet but the car was garaged so had minimal uv exposure
Ill be interested to see how the other brands here perform

They look really good, was it expensive to do if you don't mind me asking 😁
Not massively covers are from amx performance £460 and foams are from capital seating in Leicester
The key is to pick the recaros up at the right price to make it economically viable

I'm hoping to do mine tomorrow. The parts cost about £150-£200 from Z1 motorsports.
I know a few folk that have managed it themselves so I'm hoping it's not too complicated. Just need to remove a whole load of parts.
Paul
Yeah this
Hopefully do mine this winter with the help of a mate

Poly bushed the front lower arms today with the expert help from @350Butcher the big bush especially is realy soft like the diff bushes so the front end feels much more positive now
Also changed the ball joints on the kinetix camber arms as they wasn't looking great and had a spilt boot on one of them
just need to wait to get into string theory on the 13th for the geo tweek as centre gravity are booked up for months to realy feel the benefit
