Announcement - 25/03/2015 Price Update Okay guys, we've been fortunate enough to receive a generous offer from the forum, they are going to pay £10 towards every ticket for the first 30 members who sign up to this event! So this now means you only need to pay £9 each for the remaining tickets! Again this is only valid for the first 30 members who sign up to this event. This offer is only available for forum members. We currently have 20 Tickets purchased, and for all those who have paid me, you will receive a PM from me over the next few days, so I can refund you £10 So as of now we have 4 more spaces up for grabs at the awesome off of £9! You know the drill, get your names down! Just an FYI, once the 30 slots have filled up, we can still get more tickets, they will just be at the original price of £17 (+£2 postage) Any questions, as I know this OP is getting a little messy please feel free to PM me or ask in the thread :thumsb: *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Evening ladies and gentleman I have taken up the throne this year in organising a club stand for us all. I've got a few different ones in the bag it came with. But no idea where to start That's the funny thing. It looks like I can't drive it anywhere. But I get no rub, no knocks or scrapes etc. the front would clear speed bumps but the Tarmac side steps wouldn't #teamtarmac

As I got the week off, took a trip out with the Camera to get some decent photos - I.e. More pixels, maybe not better photo taking skills Really need to get some photo taking lessons as I'd love to know what the other 1000 settings do Least I can finally say my wheels fit This is at the top of Butser Hill in Petersfield. When the weather nice I'll organise a little meet up here, lovely location!

Thanks buddy, As everyone else has been saying, as much as a PITA it is doing it your self, it is very satisfying completing it. I'll pass that onto Sly thanks, going to get him to look at all the parts I've installed to safety check them over. I'll have to have a look into them, not heard of them before, thanks. Thanks buddy, was a long and gruesome session, but was totally worth it! Cheers GrahaM Gold 'old Keith! Exactly, very satisfying

haha now you said - i feel quite bad that i didn't think of "crazy f**ker" So we have about same gap then! How many miles have you done so far? I drove my car for around 100miles since new wheels gone on lol may be i will get away with 6mm spacers instead of 5? Hmmmmm Can't hurt to go to a 6mm spacer. I've Maybe 3-5k miles? I've just hit 2k on the new engine. They also survived 2 sessions at Silverstone - The engine didnt....but the wheels did oh, that's quite re-assuring if they survived 2 track days.... as that was my concern if they will be ok after hard breaking etc! Worst case scenario, they just sheer off a few wheel spokes

I'm insulted you didn't come to me Vlad Not had any problems yet. Can literally just fit a rizzler paper between mine.

someone can quote me if I'm wrong. But adjustable droplinks are required when lowering below a certain point to either maintain/relief pressure on the arb. (Not sure which) #teamtarmac

Just a heads up, speak to the affendee 1st, if he's happy to pay outside of insurance then don't notify the insurance. I had an incident where someone knocked my car (Minor damage) and he asked to do it outside of insurance, I was happy with this. I then notified my insurance as a backup in case he wouldn't pay. They were happy with this and said they would not do anything without my say so. The guy paid up and that was the end of it. But now my insurance company have put a fault on my policy which basically means I pay and extra £300 for 3 years -.-

We made sure both the fronts were the same. I.e. measured from top ring to the bottom ring. Rears I'm going to get Sly to double check.

Once it's gone to Sly, After doing it ourselves, I now know what holds all my suspension together And I don't like it! So once Sly has given it the all clear, I can push it properly on the roads again. But just driving back home etc, it feels more stiffer, but I can't give a proper report until it's full aligned.
