So, this has been a busy weekend. Applied some stickers/vinyl's to my car, never going to be to everyones taste, but it's the aggressive in your face look i'm going for However I need to redo it, didn't stick them on with the use of warm soapy water which was a mistake by me, so they aren't on perfect (TS and the Cosmis) And after putting them on I've decided I want it more central in the door now. And then I paid a visit to Bob this morning......What a guy he is I look forward to the judgemental comments

Hey guys, Wasn't going to sell these, but due to the whole homely situation putting these up for sale. They were sprayed Gunmetal before I bought the car. All in good condition, apart from one with minor kurbing around the edge lip. 1 wheel will need a tyre replacing, one has a legal amount of tread left on it, and the other 2 have loads of tread left. Any way. Not in a rush to sell, or looking to barta on the price. Up for sale at £400, no offers please. Currently missing one picture atm due to being at a friends house when I replaced my wheels and couldn't fit them all in the car Will get a picture sent home ASAP. I always thought protein shakes were for when you wanted to bulk up/build muscle tone. That's what I was using anyway when I was getting into weights. I can't remember what it's called now, but there is another powdered drink you can take, which basically gives you a shed tone of energy before you work out (It's not steroids ) Which might be more useful than shakes. However I'm no expert Welcome to the fitness club!

I've been marinating my chicken in the Nando's lemon and lime source you can get from Tesco's it's amazing. I'm quite enjoying my salad (Not to the extent I'd just have a plate of salad) But mine consists of (some sort of leafs) Cucumber, Tomato's, Peppers, (I tried celery a few times, but just don't like it) I make sure there is quite a lot of it, mainly leafs. I then squirt a lemon over the top of the salad, flip it over squirt some more. Then get one tea spoon on balsamic vinegar on top. Although I have to have salad cream on top of my salad to make sure I eat it all.
