  2. It's mainly a kick in the backside for me to eat health. I have a @*!# diet. Sunday at 1 am I had two hotdogs. Monday at about 10/11 pm I had lasagne. Today I've had a red bull tea and monster and a big bag of blue m&ms So figured this will be a good motivation to eat healthier. My plan is to sort out my meals and just Stick to water for a month. I easily go trough 2ltr bottles of coke a day. #teamtarmac

  7. Well Stevo, it's the 1st on Friday, I'll try eat healthy for a month along with the 7min work out - I challenge you to a duel!
  8. Use the scissor jack in the boot then use the trolley.
  9. Either slide the jack in between the wheel arch and turn to the jacking point, Or just get a sold bit of wood....All you need to do is drive onto a wood about the same size as a house brick.

I had 2 Hotdogs at about 1am Sunday SteveM, On a serious note - I'm in the same boat as Steve, my diet is crap, and would love to sort it out (I eat a hell of a lot of pizza, it's quick and easy to cook) But that's the issue these days good healthy food can take a little longer to cook and can be expensive. Steak and Salad/Chicken and salad for meals sounds awesome....but pricey no? Can you recommend some brands/location/prices on things to go for....Because i'm sure you don't mean, go out spend 15 on steak for one evening
  12. Errr? Where did you get that from. Also nothing wrong with asking for advice, that's the first step to the right path surely. Why berate someone for trying to seek help. I got it from my book called "Obvious Things" Do you think eating a pasta bake late at night then toast before bed helps or hinders weight loss? eating just before bed can help weight loss... just not a pasta bake!!!!! Or toast!! Which I'm going to assume is white bread, more than one slice and smothered in butter......... How about you don't be a dick about it with your comments? He's asked for advice and received plenty of useful tips. You haven't really helped in the slightest, don't see the point in your posts, apart from pointing out the obvious, which I'm sure he is aware of and is the reason he has opened this topic.

  14. would peer pressure / public honesty help? start a thread with what weight you are and weekly update it with your highs and lows and weight level. you will get support and encouragement from loads of us on here and it could help you keep that goal in sight That's not bad idea! Another thing that might help is a thread with more people getting involved. I.e. 5 people start, and it can become a little competitive to make sure you keep up with everyone else etc. And that way you wont be singled out either.

  17. Too many Women on weight watchers diets and things similar that just **** me off, they're like er I'm not losing enough weight or I've eaten good today, I can treat my self tonight. Do some ****ing exercise and you can eat what you want. You can't just expect food to sort out the shape of your body, you need to put in effort your self.
  18. At the end of the day, it's down to exercise. Just eat crap and do exercise, job done As Chirag says, if you want to go into serious body building etc, then a controlled diet and working out is the way forward, but if you want to lose weight then yes tone down your diet but don't suffer with crap food that you don't like. Just do a bit more exercise, Few push ups, Sit ups, running etc will do wonders. I really should listen to my own advice.

  21. I go through phases, always preferred Red Bull, some days a monster is nice, but can be too much Ripper all the way!
