  1. I love the look and charm of these. How does she drive?
  2. Don’t wait for them to bed in, go out and do some progressively bigger stops and then let them cool off, repeat, and you’re all bedded in.
  3. Live with the PSE for a while - I think it sounds epic on full chat.
  4. The frunk liner is brilliant. Also you forgot GTS brake lights. If you do 7 grand on an exhaust you’re a crazy man!
  5. I bought mine in December, so it was cold and wet. I was very much surprised by loss of grip approaching corners on the brakes, not so much the back end coming out of bends. To be honest, I wouldn’t wait until they run out, just swap ‘em. I tried to give away two Pirellis, couldn’t get rid. It’s not that busy and it’s mainly about 987s, but pop over, there’s some helpful and friendly members. https://www.caymanoc.com/profile/2841-stutopia/
  6. There is so much grip available you’d have to be being extremely careless to do something daft. My only caveats are exiting wet/greasy junctions (careful in any RWD) and if its running the Pirelli P Zeros that mine came with, which were frankly terrifying!
  7. Gorgeous that. Love the wheels too, much nicer than the 20s on mine.
  8. I only have parking sensors, but it’s a doddle to park.
  9. If you’re in the mood, go for it, you will not be disappointed. Good luck waiting for the spec to come up.
  10. It's a great shout, quite tempted to trade the cayman for one (just for varsity), but not seen many for 40k.
  11. Thanks and have fun at Spa, super jealous.
  12. I'm running the PS5 on the MX5 for mixed road and track use, enjoying it so far and there's no shortage of grip on the road, it does get a bit cooked on track after 15 mins or so. Which got me wondering is there something out there that's better (in a 17 inch size) for the track but without going full semi slick and having to change wheels at track or stay indoors when it's raining?
  13. Just be patient and stay glued to AT and PH, one will crop up. I personally wouldn't get too precious about Chrono. I seldom use it on the PDK, Sport is plenty fast through the gears and the throttle map and shift points are fine, unless you really want to go for it. When I am in that kind of mood, I want the paddles. A working PSE is a must though, watch for seized valves on the exhaust, I had to replace mine (£1200) as they were totally stuck and I was missing out on the noise - can't think of many better sounding OEM cars when you're giving it the beans. I don't know if the Alcantara headliner is optional on the S but it's a really nice touch.
  14. I spent ages trying to find the first three of those, then gave up and went to GTS - make it 45 and you can have mine! In all seriousness, I had a major service recently and also added plugs and new PDK fluid, it was £1100 at a specialist. That’s every 2 years/20k miles, so i was quite pleased. I’ve also done oil and brake fluid in between the suggested intervals. 40+ mpg on a relaxed motorway run, less under normal circumstances but still 20+
  15. Looks rubbish, rather be in Yorkshire 😜
  16. Nothing at all, it's a spam account, some slip through - if you see similar in future, please just report the post so we get a notification to have a look - ta.
  17. phwoooarr, that's a beaut - welcome along.
  18. Is this ready yet??? I'm sooooo excited!!!
  19. Wow, what an amazing meet. Huge shout out to you @davey_83 for making this happen. Even getting a small event going is hard work, but something this big is amazing. Well done and thank you for all the effort that goes into it. So pleased you got the weather and turnout this deserved, awesome job organising and thanks also for the YouTube of it all. Top work.
  20. Went to visit the fam up in the Lakes on Saturday, weather was not heat wave standard but it made for a couple of moody shots.
