  1. i'll take these please if not already gone sending you a PM!
  2. aye already done that, so both front wheels are on 4 nuts only
  3. Thanks for the replies guys. Heading over to folk house for a family do now, so will leave car at home and take the wifes. Reading online 4 out of 5 nuts if torqued correctly, which they are, are perfectly safe to drive on short term?!? Cheers Buster may well take you up on that. Will PM in a moment Cheers all
  4. No joy at any localish stealers, breakers or eurocarparts or gsf. Bugger
  5. Going to try eurocarparts in a mo, thanks The nuts are shot, the threads on the studs were not in best shape but usable with the nuts provided in the spacer kit. Will need to replace them one day
  6. Bit of a longshot, but does anyone in the local area have a couple of wheel nuts for Rays? Previous owner has cross threaded them and I'm in the middle of fitting spacers and two won't go back on and I won't force them! Grr Edit: stealers can't get any til Tuesday and need car today really
  7. such a prat the way he hooned off out of there, not phased at all!
  8. Saw that at FOS this year, mental looking thing, so big!
  9. I have a pass for this too, but for my old car... still a V engine though! Will try and make it
  10. Have dealt with them before many years ago, jaded experience as I got some camber arms for my old 200sx, and they snapped after about 2 miles, luckily at low speeds. Not their fault, but makes me doubt the quality of their suppliers... Was a long time ago mind Having said that, their customer service was excellent
  11. Could it be the bluetooth? Mine makes a beep when turning on ignition as it connects to the phone
  12. no worries. I'm in Southampton, so a bit of a trek from West Yorks Oh no.... Lol. We are planning to take our niece to Peppa Pig's World, looks like i have another valid reason to go down south now. Haha perfect opportunity to get it done. Its Westway Nissan btw
  13. no worries. I'm in Southampton, so a bit of a trek from West Yorks
  14. May be of interest to some, just booked in with Nissan to have the new key coded so it will start the car and not just unlock, £24. So new key, cut, lock/unlock coded by me, and then imobi coded by Nissan for £50, not bad!
  15. Thanks for the replies guys, really appreciated! Ok, so off to the stealer it is then. Still, paid £24 for the key, and cutting only cost £2, so £58 to code isn't too bad as a new key is £130+ then the fitting if my research serves well. Out of interest, the process listed is simply to allow a key to unlock and disarm the alarm then?
  16. Sold that it did, and it didn't work at all before I went through the procedure, so there must be a chip in there of sorts. If I open it up am I looking for anything in particular? EDIT: Just double checked the listing and says it has a new chip in it. Don't mind taking it to Nissan if I really have too, but would prefer to sort this myself
  17. My car only came with one key, so I got a blank of eBay, had it cut, and have been repeatedly attempting the UK programming procedure here http://www.350z-uk.com/index.php?showtopic=16896 posted by GIXXERUK The new key will now lock and unlock, but won't start the car. Have tried various combinations of this process, unlocking with main key, then main key in barrel and running through the process coding both the keys, then also tried unlocking with main key, then putting new one in barrel and repeating process... but same outcome. Any suggestions? this is driving me mad lol so close to success!
