Bought a honda s2000 stubby on ebay other day and the reception is @*!# - so its back to the original one, however I would like a stubby, but I would also like to listen to old man radio 2 sometimes - can anyone give me a quick link to a stubby that actually works - thanks

theheff, I've been driving since 17 I'm now 45 and have never had a crash in my life, so I'm confident in my driving ability, I haven't had a 6 geared car before so just wondered generally what gear people drop it into, 3rd seems to feel right to me but it was just a bit of quiet post Christmas Forum banter before work kicks into full steam next week.

Hi all so 2nd Month into my z and still loving it - people say novelty will wear off - I don't think so. Anyway was going along country lanes at 60 in 6th gear,is that right or should I stay in 5th? Also when I drop gears down to overtake quickly would you go down to 3rd or 4th Thanks

Hi I'm one of those drive from A - B but never really have the time to sort the car's little annoyances - anyway the rear brace strut on the car has a big crack/hole on one side - it's patched up with tape at the moment and bugging me, I just wondered if anyone fancies fixing it for me, the 350z is gun metal grey so happy for any colour that would go well with it. Obviously I will pay and send the strut to you. Just send me a PM or post here and I can upload some pictures and we can talk Thanks Dave

welcome - i've got a 2004 gun metal Z too only purchase 8 weeks ago and I love it - feel sad seeing it all frosty looking though - roll on the summer

no was only doing 40 round the corner so surprised it did this - but just gone out 2 hours later and noticed passenger rear tyre is flat - so must of had low air earlier when driving - taken up to tyre place and found nail in the middle which they fixed for £15 - phew, but probaly explains the traction control coming on earlier than expected

Not changed wheels - its a recently purchased car but its all normal spec as far as I can tell - I think its probally traction control kicking in, but it makes the car harder to handle when it kicks in and I didn't feel I was going that fast - maybe the roads are a little slippier today though - it's getting cold after all

when going round a few corners today in a higher gear than i probaly should of - the car started shuddering and the car symbol will skid tracks by rev meter came on - then it felt like it was almost stalling and restarting - was a bit hairy, is it a fault of the car or is it the car telling me to slow down .

Only 1 - moaners, life's too short, enjoy it before it's gone - sure things annoy us but get it in perspective - we are all driving around in Z's so life ain't bad is it.

just got the reset to work and light has now gone off - so will keep an eye on it see if it returns

i'm in wotton under edge - 20 miles north of Bristol up the M5 - its the yellow Malfunction Indicator - apparently if its flashing it's bad but if it's on solid (which it is then its drivable), means an engine control system malfunction

Grrr just noticed the Engine Light yellow one has come on - can't seem to get the reset to work, the engine sounds fine but obviously its a bit of a concern - anyone advise what i could do - is it best to go to a nissan dealer or will a local garage be good enough ? Sorry sure this has been asked loads of times before

only had car a few weeks and jsut stuck a stubby on lol - it does look better though
