Hi Bud ! I'm not sure what it is, but it shouldn't be doing it. (i know that's no help) Can you take along a Mechanic or another Z owner for a second drive/viewing ? If not and there's doubt i would keep on looking, or if there's any movement on price due to the issue All the best with whatever decision you take

LOL ! Great story, and it goes to show how cool a Z still looks ! Even though mine is 10yrs old this year, i still cant wait to get in it every morning to go to work................and leaving work to drive back (even if the journey is only 15mins lol )

I park mine in a good space at work, and driveway at home..............but someone still manager to put a small ding in the passenger door (GOING TO DENT REMOVAL GUY SOON) Its not about how much the car is worth, its dents and marks that dont need to be there on your otherwise immaculate Z. Im Anal when it comes to bodywork...... SADLY lol and i have to have it perfect

Cheers Will ! Ill do that mate. Even though the Z looks really tidy with low miles and full service history, she still keeps me on my toes with various issues, but its a labour of love lol and im going to keep on upgrading/replacing parts as and when

Any engine light on is not good really, and with the electric window also and the fact it needs a good polish seems to me that the owner may have lost interest in her a bit ? Not saying that this is the case, more of an observation. All the best with youre decision

Well i looked under the Z today and it looks like the CATS are still fitted, so the stainless exhaust starts after them. Now my issue is that the Cats look well past there sell by date and one has a hole in it where i can see the gauze stuff inside. This isnt good news, but if i decide to go with no cats fitted will it be an MOT fail on emissions for definate ? Or if i get new cats how much would they be ? I know i can surf the net, but you guys are my first port of call for guidence Cheers Mark

Hi all ! Sorry for asking what is a bit of a lame question My Z has a pop charger fitted and when coasting in gears (more so down hill in 2nd/3rd) i get a few loudish pops from the exhaust. It does sound great, but is that normal and due to the pop charger ? The exhausts are custom jobbies. These were all fitted before i bought the car (2003 with 41k) I know its just an air filter with heat shield, but is it responsible for the POPs Cheers

Yep, happens an awful lot to me to.............but i dont bite, i cant be arsed to prove what we know the Z is capable of. Im sure they do it so they can see it perform...............................we have nothing to prove

I paid £400 for full front end respray (bonnet, bumper & front wings) due to stone chips. I think it was a great price & the guys did a fantastic job ! If i need anything done in the future, ill be going straight to them Cheers Mark

Well ive washed my Ginger & Polished it !.............so back out tomorrow for some extra TLC inside, and under the bonnet

Didnt take any pics today, but heres a few taken in the last few months. so im defo getting the dent sorted.........and fingers crossed it dosnt happen in the near future ! Cheers guys

Ive just noticed that Some Dickhead has dented mine ...................so fecking annoying ! whats wrong with these morons......have some respect for other peoples cars, rather than opening the door like an APE and causing us good folk grief.......ahh i feel better for that

Washed my pride and joy today, only to find a nice dent in the passenger door. I only ever park it at work and i am so anal when it comes to dents. My z recently had the bonnet and front wings resprayed to get read of the stone chips, so the car is perfect............until now. so it will be a trip to the dent removal guys .............................. THANKS **** !

Im not sure if thats a good thing or not ? It does sound great, and with the cone air filter it does do a few popping noises also when slowing down in gear ! Im really enjoying the car though and it certainly gets a lot of attention either standing or on the move.......any excuse to go out in it LOL im sure me wife understands

Hi all ! Ive got round to getting some picks of my Exhausts on me Z, but i havnt got a clue as to what make they are ! They are stainless steel, four inchs diameter at the ends, but have no name on them. They do sound very GGGGGROWLY and loud and i luv the sound Im just curious as to whether they are custom made or bought of the shelf Any ideas Cheers Mark

I think that nearly 6 Thousand in the UK is still not that many considering the amount of cars on the road, but since i bought mine i do tend to see them more due to me looking out, and taking more notice of them. What i cant understand is why the is soooo few 370Zs ? For what the car is, its still a good price new.........so maybe its the running costs like the dreaded TAX at the top end, fuel and practicality. All i know is the 350 ROCKKKKKKKS :)
