Yep I collected a 2.4m washing line post in the 350. Due to the fact that it was so long, I had to drive home (12 miles) with the boot open.... And this has finally made me realise why people buy roadsters...the sound!!! Oh my god the sound! It was just awesome! The exhaust was making noises I'd never heard it make before and they were coming from right behind my head! Needless to say it was quite a heavy footed drive home and the mrs wasn't impressed, especially as I made her hold my pole for the entire journey

To separate you would need a set of spring compressors, 17mm drop neck spanner and an adjustable spanner. 5 minute job if you have to tools

Not sure the 3/4 plates are legal, so might be worth getting a cheap standard plate until after your MOT, unless you know the tester of course The block had marked my paint slightly along the top, but luckily I could cover this up with the new plate so you may be alright

Yeah there were 4 holes in total...2 of which were the screw holes and the other 2 were probably slightly larger than a golf ball, with polystyrene behind them. Wish I'd taken a picture now! However, the 3/4 plate covers these without a problem as you can see Thanks mate!

Cheeky little mod, 3/4 plate fitted £17 from fancy plates. I think it looks a lot smoother and smarter without the big ugly block on the front of it! Very happy with it Here's a before and after...

That always seems to happen to me as well! It is very annoying and I always look for dings in my door...been lucky so far though. Park somewhere else ffs! I parked over here for a reason retard!

You don't have to relocate it, you can just unscrew it, unplug it and take the whole thing out You can take the false floor that it's screwed to out too, so it makes the cubby a bit deeper!

The plastic cover over the nut should come off and allow you to lift it up

Ah okay! Thanks Ekona I shall just replace the whole rad to be safe then I think. HaydnH yeah they do put UV or luminous dye in it to make it easier to spot a leak

Hi guys, as title says I have a leak on my air con system. Garage attempted to refill it and told me that the condenser is leaking. I want to do the job myself and just need to confirm I'm going to be replacing the correct bit! The garage told me that the condenser is this large aluminium cylinder at the front of the rad...is this right? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
