  1. Great camera, I have the exact same one. Make sure you update the firmwere ASAP as you get the new phone App capability and new 100FPS, 1440p setting. Also, that's dirt cheap BTW, I almost wanted it just for the sake of it, lol.
  2. Those Slipstreams look excellent in white against the black. Great look. Boot lip balances the car out well.
  3. Yeah man, I said it at the start of the thread, Post #5, I've done the same method twice now. First to save for my EP3 in 2005 then to save for my 370Z in 2012. First dog car was a Daewoo Nexia (Astra) and the 2nd was a 2006 1.4 Fiesta Gave the Daewoo to my sister and it lasted about another year and the Fiesta is still awesome. Besides the obvious cheaper initial outlay the money you save in not modding it, MPG and other related misc things is not to be underestimated.
  4. Yeah, as a general rule the grub's always pretty good at MSV .
  5. FWIW, I still think you're best bet, if you want to save for a new car next year, is sell your 350Z and get a £1500 decent run about for the next 12-18 months. Not spend more cash on another drivers motor to just have to try and sell on at as little loss as possible next year. Just my 2p.
  6. Forged OEM internals help these get crazy power with blowers on. My mate was running 535whp on his. Quickest thing I've ever been in. Good fun cars, useless in the winter mind, I used to park mine up from October to March every year. I had a series 1 JDM version though with no TCS and stupid firm Bilstien's. Sized geo bushes could cost you an arm and a leg to sort out if not already sorted, nearly always at least one will be seized. Tom at TGM spent about 3 hours on one of mine .
  7. It begs the question, whats the most economical speed for the 370 ?? As you could just set the CC on long jaunts and reap the rewards.
  8. Great Will, thank you. That kind of confirms a one of my concerns, very little run off. A few mates have said it's like a mini British Ring. I've driven the Nurburgring a few times, maybe 10 laps over the years and where I do find it fun, I'd be hard pushed to say that I enjoy it all that much, I find it more of an experience than an enjoyment as it's terribly unforgiving. I feel this type of circuit will be better suited to smaller/lighter type of car. If I was going to travel all that way I'd maybe more enclosed to do say Anglesey. Cadwell was my mates suggestion.
  9. Yes mate, I'd say so. Even though it's a meaty 3.7V6 it's a fairly modern engine so I'd expect top get something like that on a long trip when trying. Since I've had my '70 (which isn't my daily) I've managed a combined return of 23.9 MPG, that's Euro trips, a few track days(6MPG) and general blatting about in. I think the car returns a decent MPG in general considering the performance it gives.
  10. Thinking of making the trek up north and doing a full day at Cadwell, not done this circuit before and was wondering what peoples thoughts were of it. With the 370Z being a bit of a lumpy beast and Cadwell being a narrow tight track in areas, I'm was thinking it might be a bit unsuited. We'd probably make a couple day trip of it, saves the 4 hour drive before of after. Anyway, anyone been and have anything to say about it ??
  11. Yeah, you'd think so. It'll have to have a good suspension set up to get that power/torque down reliably. Honda seem pretty sure it'll be a good car, so we'll have to wait and see. That Renault is some damn fine car to beat.
  12. Spring 2015 is what I've been told by some people.
  13. Honda's be cheap with pretty basic, long living, strong engines, so they do tend to be popular with the RatFinks. It's Fords and Rally reps by me.
  14. The NA2 had about 290HP mate .
  15. Same one I bought for my S2000 mate. Went on and stayed on for years .
  16. FD2 was the last great Honda .
  17. Dizzy Egg people, I think this is the jungle adventure edition.
  18. These were done anthracite (my old ones);
  19. Might have been !!! No, lol, it genuinely didn't work, I tried loads of things - nothing. Then one day, boom, working fine. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79684-my-windscreen-had-a-cracking-christmas/page__hl__%2Bchristmas+%2Bwindscreen
  20. Yes, it is supposedly going to still be a VTEC system ( I questioned this too) , the details of which haven't been revealed yet, Honda are keeping the finer details close to their chest for now. I can only assume the cams switch when the boost come in but I'm just assuming here. And yes, 7'000rpm redline .
  21. They have to take off part of the roof on the 370Z to get the screen out. Nothing too complicated but something like prefer not to do on the side of the road apparently. I had to have mine done after it split the whole length at Christmas. Then my rain sensors didn't work, then they did after about two weeks.
  22. The engine is an entirely new lump, with a new VTEC turbo system delivering 311bhp through the front wheels.
  23. That really was poor form by the Ferrari driver. Makes no sense, like you say in the vid, he gets over for everyone else. Painful.
  24. Black on black, as said, get lost in my eyes and can look naff. I did a set of wheels BMW gunmetal once, they came out superb. If you want dark, go dark anthracite or something in my vote.
