    that's a fair point suits, like you said the ecu is expecting lots of air forced in by the turbo so gives loads of fuel so would run really rich until the turbo hits full boost

    Also Arran my evo was mapped with a decat and I fitted a cat on it for its MOT and it ran like it was being strangled and had a good bit less power or at least it felt that way. Im not sure if turbo cars are different though

    whatever you do to the car after an MOT is your call. the garage will just say the cats were on when it was tested. The only way they could do the garage would be to catch them in the act

    you would be best to get a remap I would think as all engines are different. also have you changed tyres or wheels?

    Depends on what decats. My first japspeed ones had a bracket but once they snapped the replacement ones didnt have one and neither did the silenced ones. Ive just took my bracket off

    Yeh i got a pair of grips on the middle bit and a little flathead screwdriver in the bolt holes and ease it out. It takes a bit of yanking. Then i took a grinder and skimmed a little off the edges of the bung so it fitted better

    Speaking from lots of japspeed experience- STAY AWAY! STAY WELL AWAY!!!! They dont fit, sound bad and everything ive had has cracked or split in two( my k1 lasted 6 weeks from new before splitting in half) best thing to do is spend a little bit more on a cobra or scorpion. You will not regret it

    oh right I see. yeah it sounds brilliant. I cant wait for it. my chargers still not here, it got to US customs and got sent back as there was oil in the package and it wasn't marked as flammable or some s**t like that. starting to get really p`d off with this company with not returning emails/phonecalls.
