  1. I find letting the stick 'fall' into neutral before selecting 2nd helps the change a lot. Sounds as if it will make the change from 1st to 2nd longer, but it doesn't really.

  3. Phew. You had me worried for a while there Matt. I saw this eBay listing and feared the worst...... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-350Z-V6-BREAKING-BREMBO-CALIPERS-RAYS-WHEELS-/261364684640?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cda8c9760
  4. I really like this.... (Watch the vid too). http://www.kinektdesign.com/product-gear-ring.php
  5. Hmm. Now you've got me thinking. How about a meet at one of the indoor slopes like Snowdome at Tamworth or One of the others? They're generally easy to get to, have a decent car park and usually somewhere to eat on site too. Maybe an idea for the off season. I usually get discount codes emailed to me from Tamworth, like 3 hours for 20 quid. Just a thought
  6. Sketchley Grange 22nd Feb if you wanna get me in a heap load of trouble!
  7. Hello and I'll be in Hinkley in Feb for a wedding. What a remarkable coincedence it would be if the Leicestershire Zed owners decided to have a meet at the same hotel location on the same day.....
  8. Cheers Bennett. Plenty more pics here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/69257-350z-vertical-tonneau-cover-boot-divider/

Jetset cleary using his Zed as a goalkeeper there.....
  11. I normally go to Söll in Austria. But as long as this years trip doesn't only consist of a trip to the snowdome in Tamworth, I'll be happy.
  12. You're gonna have to change your sig now mate, as you refer to your girlfriend. Also remember its fiancée not fiancé. Women are funny with stuff like that.
  13. Cool, cheers bro. That sounds perfect. Would definitely be interested in hearing any plans as and when they're made Chris. Thanks dude
  14. OK, firstly apologies if this ends up sounding like a lonely hearts ad or desperate "please can I be your friend" request, but here goes anyway.... I'm a snowboarder and appreciate that will already instantly earn me the hatred from all you skiers out there. I normally spend a week on the slopes in January/February each year and this gives me something to look forward to during all the festive celebrations (bah humbug) But this year, my usual travel companions have bottled it for one reason or another and left me all on my lonesome. As a single traveller, I'm finding that either no hotels and/or travel providers (Crystal, Neilson etc) are taking single bookings, or I'll have to pay a hefty single occupany supplement on any hotel booking. So, this leads me to my question (plea): Is anyone going skiing/boarding in the first quarter of this year, maybe as part of a larger group, that I could maybe tag along with? can I be your friend?

Pete (Jetset) has these wider versions fitted, they look awesome in the flesh. Do it Fluke. Do it now!
  16. A snowboarder? Marrying a skier??? Did the world start spinning in a reverse direction or something? Just kidding mate, many congratulations.
  17. Hi Tony, very sorry, I haven't been able to make yours (or Don's) yet due to Christmas etc and the wet weather. I am hoping I'll have opportunity very soon and I do apologise you're having to wait so long. Rest asured, I haven't forgotten about you and will make your divider as soon as I possibly can. Again, apologies, Ian
  18. Well, the first 10 sold in less than 5 hours, so I think it would be foolish of me to not get anymore. I'll await feedback from the guys that have bought the first ones, but I'm sure I'll have some more soon. I will update this thread accordingly.
  19. Congrats Nigel. Really happy you found a great example. Pity it's not the fastest colour, but nevermind Welcome to Zed ownership
  20. Winner winner chicken dinner. GMBallistic gets the last set
  21. Holy thread revival. I'd totally forgot I'd even written this.
  22. Orange FTW! Although you'd never guess I liked the colour...... Not too much stretch is required to go round the parts you've mentioned. A hairdrier will be your friend here. Doing something simple like the hand pulls will give you a good idea of how the wrap can be manipulated and how it becomes almost 'fluid' when heated. Practice really is key. The cubby door I used a seperate larger piece and not just the piece I cut out. I placed this seperate/larger piece over the hole left by the cubby, matching the weave of the carbon, then placed the cubby (including door) back in position. The triple gauges don't just unscrew. They're also plastic welded to the top and you literally have to break them off!
  23. Please post some pics when you've fitted them guys. Chirag, that's the first milestone, next one is 350 posts, you get a free forum sticker then
