  1. It's Nismo style, made out of plastic, dont think its genuine nismo but fitment is good. I think Tarmac on here sells them.
  2. Thanks mate, it's getting there - got an update later today
  3. Cheers, what did you do to fix the rear left?
  4. Thanks for that, very helpful. Could be tyres, they were part worn Kuhmo's so could've worn slightly different on the previous car (Which was a zed) plus they are noisy and planning to change them anyway. For the rest I think i'll need to take it to a more specialist garage.
  5. Nice, the gearbox oil is on my list too...just one of those piece of mind things.

    Help with a hose

    You mean it sucks??? LOL
  7. Hi guys, bit of a niggly one this. After an alignment last year, after it was lowered and camber arms added the steering wheel has always been a couple of degrees to the right on straight roads and the car slightly drifts to the left regardless of speed or camber of the road. Had another alignment the other day and whilst the steering is better and car feels better it still drifts left, these are the results. Before: After: The only thing I can think of is the front left caster is out meaning it's very slightly shorter wheelbase on the left causing the car to drift left, this could've been from a pothole I hit back in the winter on that side. That said, reading the technical info it suggests the nominal caster is 8.10 so not that far out. Any ideas? Could it be a bushing or replacement component required? Also I get a fair bit of road noise at speed from the front, I suspect it's just my Khumo tyres...kind of like a humming noise over 80mph. Cheers.
  8. Quick update, didn't like the Nismo stickers on the B-Pillars. Before: After:

    Help with a hose

Hi Vlad, i've been looking at replacing this as well...it's AN8 diameter hose that you need and any braided or rubber line will do...however grlnet used an overbraid to cover the OEM hose in this pic. If you take a look at your you'll notice in one of the bends there is a Non Return Valve within the hose. If you do decide to replace the hose you'll have to either add a valve or cut out the old one and stick it in...but to be honest it's a total PITA. I just stuck a purple hose finisher on in the end
  10. Impressive, most impressive...I see the force is strong with this one.
  11. Cool, looking forward to seeing it fit. Remember to adjust the bonnet latch
  12. Damn! Wanted the door kick plates and gear knob!
  13. Just read this Matt, looking great...i had to lol at melting the rear light though (sorry) would've been great though if it had have worked. Good build thread though, love the exhaust
  14. That episode gets repeated every month or so.
  15. I think that's where we went wrong originally. They were done by pressure to suck the old oil out and whilst on the road it wasn't too bad as soon as I got on track and the pads got hot the air expanded and caused the fluid to boil. The rears were the worse. But now there's no air in the system and it feels good. The pads I fear are a little worse for wear since so will replace them soon, on the road they still feel good and better once hot, tried to replicate the track driving on the road (carefully I might add) and they seemed ok with the ABS kicking in when it was supposed too. Front tyres could do with being upgraded to help that. I do still have a niggling feeling about the Brake Master Cylinder though potentially not holding pressure, is there anyway to test this? Are they easy to replace?
  16. Yes. But they maybe on eBay in the next few weeks, not at the GB price though.
  17. Can you post a photo? Can you not trim the bit that rises, you won't see it as the panel will cover it. Try moving the latch at least the bonnet will shut then. This panel was designed for the OEM bumper but has fitted no problems on a V1 and Other aftermarket bumpers. Hope that helps. Chris
  18. Thinking about it I should've charged him % commission per sale p.s. have you got any of those carbon door sills in yet?
  19. That's the one couldn't remember his name. Yep, I think he uses the photo to sell them.
  20. Thanks, the panel was the first prototype which was then sold by one of the traders on there. Converted the GT to a GT4 front end. Sold the car around 3 years now, but it recently popped up again in Cardiff from Essex and the owner got in touch with me can't exactly hide with the amount of pics/vids on the net.
