  3. Hi there, I've been lurking on the forum for a month or so now whilst in search of my first Zed. My name is Chris and i'm from Salisbury, Wiltshire but originally from the Bournemouth area. I know some guy called Bob (buster) who also lurks around here I kind of enthused me to get a Zed It's been a fairly long time time waiting but three weeks ago I managed spot a good one that was about to go on the market and snapped it up Totally standard UK GT 2004 with 55k, Sunset orange with all the trimmings including Satnav, parking sensors, tan leather heated seats, rear Z boot tray and all the other bits etc So far I totally love the car, the power and the handling but also realise that it has a lot more potential I test drove a few and this one, although standard had the perfect base to build upon and within 7 days got started on a few subtle mods. Already had a few bits of Zmanalex and a few others from here, hoping to stick around and keep going - already have a few plans for Project Z! Here's some pics. And one with Bob's Z First mods done in the first two weeks of ownership: Eibach Prokit Springs Eibach Spacers 25mm rear and 20mm front HKS panel filter Apexi radiator cap Carbon DiNoc rear strut cover iPod hack OEM headunit LED rear lights and sidelights Carbon fibre side Z badge inserts A couple of nismo decals Stubby aluminium aerial Gates belts Nismo style front splitter (To be fitted) Next up: Discs and pads, braided lines, tint windows, powder coat rims, plenum spacer and exhaust. Previous motors: 1999 Toyota Altezza RS200 2001 Toyota MR2 Roadster (Still got) 1994 Toyota Celica GT Import Thanks for looking, see you soon
  4. Oohhh good plan, put the zed insurance on my tesco card, just awaiting the points to come through
  5. Hi there, Interested in your head unit. Just wandering what use the facia kit is when its a double din unit? Also can you attach the steering wheel controls in the zed? I'm presuming it needs an adaptor? And is there any other adapters required to work with the Bose system? Finally can it take a rear view camera? Many thanks, Chris
