I find a big fat line helps! I joke. Have you tried counselling or just talking to someone? I'm on some antibiotics atm that are bringing me down a bit (lose lose situation, skin condition flares up and makes me feel like sh1t without them), I did go and talk to someone last year and it helped a lot. Counselling mixed with hypnotherapy. Would highly recommend it, helps you think about things differently.
