Am just worried with a spray kit or using some kind of chemical to remove it that i may also strip the "alzean" colour (don't know if this is dyed onto the leather in the same way or whether it would be more stubborn) And you can call the seats Alzean.... and the car colour Le mans Sunset..... but in my books it all adds up to ORANGE! Try clamping the shaft with something whilst you turn it. Would wrap it in a cloth or something too save damaging anything.
