So, I popped by Nissan yesterday to sign some documents/plate retention and I had a nice birthday surprise. my sl@g of a car was there! she had just come off the truck the day before and had the plastics removed. still very dirty!! I am due to collect her on Friday after she is clean and registered ... ready to roll... it's an absolute stunning car and looks very aggressive in the flesh. so i took some very excited/poor quality snaps!! When you're grown up it might get fully developed I second that - always immature comments Right, apologies if I've taken that comment the wrong way, but I think you're a little out of line here fella. I wasn't the one who decided to make a crass comment about my avatar not being the car I actually own, but a car I still remember fondly. What that has to do with anything, I've no idea. I responded with a sarcastic comment because that's exactly what the original remark deserved: Contempt. The following reply then confuses the most basic of English mistakes so I jokingly corrected it, hence the winky face. No malice was intended. How does it then come up that I'm the immature bad guy in this? Perhaps you could explain that one to me? We had a laugh about the lack of comments to deride my current choice of vehicle with, did we not, so why the sudden change in aggression? don't intend to offend! I didn't realise your grammar comment was in jest.. like Sipar I think there is far too much Nismo bashing because of how we intend to spend our money. Maybe we start a new Nismo 370z thread to focus on the positives?

this also is an R53 and has done 70k miles... It has recently had all new disks, pads and sensors replaced and now I can hear the rear suspension knocking. not only that but there is constantly a coolant problem whereby it pretty much disappears and I was told by a mini garage that this is common as there is a design fault whereby the coolant tank is too close to the radiator apparently so this causes it to disappear?!?!?! whaaaaat a load of rubbish. very unimpressed with them to be honest and cant wait to get rid of it as the evoque turns up in November, thank GOD

I have seen this a lot on the net, normally between that and a waterpump!! but again the mechanic was insistent it wasn't oil and it was coolant... can coolant stain a blockwork drive??? if so then it could well be but it feels very greesy to touch!!

Thanks for all the comments everyone- I have been quoted 200 for 2 hours work and a water pump as the mechanic is insistent it is coolant and not oil.... Going in tomorrow so I hope this sorts the problem but to me it looks like an oil issue still!! Problem after problem! It's a 1.4 mini one petrol. It's small ish. Started as drops and now it's a puddle around the size or a side plate

I have 15 weeks to wait yet, this is going to be a long wait. How long did you have to wait for yours? I had to wait around 10 weeks.
