On Wednesday I was changing tyres at HiQ. At some point police car arrived with flat tyre a guy and nice female officer. When the guys changed the tyres she just started chatting with me it's really nice car needs to give lotd of pleasure from driving etc. She was very positive and nice. It was one of my first chats with Police without getting a ticket:)

It wont work at all? You said the rears are spinning quicker, but how is it possible if they are the same diameter? If the car is spinning/sliding so why wider wheels on front alloys makes any difference? They are a bit wider not biger? Please explain

I can buy 4 x Yokohama Advan in 245/45/18 which are new for the price of 1 -1,5 tyre from a shop. That's why I'm thinking:) Is it worth?

Hello, I have a set of Rays (still sitting in cupboard just waiting for tyres:) Can someone quickly advise, can I fit 245/45 on front alloy instead of 225 without rubbing or anything like that? Please let me know. Cheers T

Just as a test I decided to test my wrapping skills on external hard drive and then reflectors:) That's a sample: Uploaded with ImageShack.us I'm in a rush so don't have time to rotate:) I think it's a great fun. I'm sure kids would be fantastic in doing it. Reflectors looks quite good I will make a shot of my car later today. It took just 30-40 mins for both sides. Alloys next... ?

I just bought Rays, and been thinking what to do with my 20" alloys which needs to be refurbed. If I would go for refurrb not too many choices powdercoat or wet paint you can't do too many variations:) I'm wondering how would that look if I would wrap just the dish or maybe all spokes:). After seeing that video I've got impression it's easy job. I just need to get proper dryer I will use Rays soon, so then I will play about with my allooy. I have some carbon wrap. P.s Is it road legal to wrap the reflectors? Did anyone from forum done it before? For how long it will last?

As in Subject I need 2 tyres if someone got 4 of them with good thread. I can be tempted to get 4:) I would like to find some partworn good brand with good thread on them than buy a budget new one. Do you think I'm right? The size I need is: 245/45/18 2 of them please:) and possibly 2 x for the front 225/45/18. Ideally with thread 5m+++ Cheers T
