  1. I can't see how you have a choice, who will we turn to for an MPS4 opinion if you've not tried them?
  2. Your photos don't look like you're running excessive camber, is it usual to wear the inside edges or is it just because they're wider than OEM? How many miles have you had out of the tyres so far?
  3. I did a quick Google and it would seem to be a Snooper SLD 950X Laser Diffuser. I guess the previous owner liked to go a little faster than maybe he should. I think that it's legal to buy and even fit them but not to turn them on. I might be wrong though.
  4. Surely that's just for 350Zs? I might be wrong but I've not seen anything specific to the 370Z.
  5. This thread suggests a 3mm spacer on the front might allow your bargain wheels to fit: 17 inch coupe rims and Brembo clearance. Pictures and Questions... Not sure if that's a good option for drifting though!? I think Rare Rims might do 3mm spacers that are suitable.
  6. There are earlier threads on this with some useful information here: 19' RAYS fitment query here: 370z Rays and here: Nissan 370Z GT V6 Alloy Wheels I'm thinking burgs' shadow black Rays would look great with Azure.
  7. I've been using a Sealey low entry trolley jack (Sealey 1020LE Low EntryTrolley Jack, 2 t) which is cheap but does the job nicely. I don't have skirts but am lowered 20mm+ and not had any problems with the side jacking points.
  8. I had mine replaced by Abbey Motorsport using the Whiteline kit and I'm pretty sure they didn't remove the subframe. I've not noticed any gearshift or other improvements since though.
  9. The Night Blue only became available in 2007 with the introduction of the HR engine. I'd be very surprised if you found a genuinely good one for £8k especially in the South East but I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
  10. Ye Did they end up being for brembo cars in the end? Yes, the ones in post #1 are for Brembo cars. Now only £16.21 per disc!
  11. These are at £17.96 per front disc on Amazon at the moment if anyone is currently looking for some. Same link as in post #1.
  12. How wide are the wheels? I would use that as a guide as to whether it's best to replace the front tyres or the rear tyres.
  13. Wouldn't a contract on an S7 now be much cheaper than getting an S8 in April? I'm thinking that being out of sync might be a good thing!
  14. That's a shame, more of a tricky job.
  15. Do the Nismo wheels have the cutouts on the rear so you can use 15mm bolt on spacers or are they too shallow like the GT Rays? I noticed these spacers on eBay which could be an cheap way to test them: Eibach 15mm bolt on ProSpacers PCD 5x114.3 CB 66mm Nissan 300zx 350z Eibach 15mm bolt on ProSpacers PCD 5x114.3 CB 66mm Nissan 300zx 350z They're for a 350Z but I expect they'd fit a 370Z although the stud lengths might be a different length or something.
  16. I think 15mm might be too much as your rim edge already sits 13mm further out than the standard GT wheels. I'd be more tempted to go for 10mm if anything.
  17. As the legendary FK452 isn't available anymore I'm going to agree with valy, The Kumho Ecsta Le Sport KU39 is as cheap as I'd be happy to go. Having a different tyre on the rear will be fine until you change those to match.
  18. I've been thinking I might get a 987.2 Cayman or 997.2 in a year or two and have been keeping an eye out. The 996 isn't really my cup of tea but I said the same about the 964 years ago and so didn't buy one, now I would love a 964 they are just way too expensive! When you see nice 996s for low prices I certainly wonder if they might be a good investment? I happened to notice this one on eBay: 2002 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA 4S midnight blue wide body turbo amg rs4 etc
  19. To be fair I've probably only done 6000 miles over those five years but I've driven in quite varied conditions including light snow and they did the job. I previously had them in 16" on an R50 Mini and they worked fine in deeper snow as well, just bear in mind that for snow use they are only good with a tread depth of 4mm or more. At the start of April this year I swapped to new MPSS in wider 19" sizes and then we had a few colder days and I was surprised at how little traction they had. It might have been because the MPSS were too new but in cold, damp, dreary weather throughout the winter I got used to the level of confidence that the Hankooks gave me. You can even have a spirited drive and accelerate and brake as if it was a dry sunny day if you wanted to. Cornering is fun and predictable but not the same as a stiffer quality summer tyre which I felt was a fair trade off.
  20. They are Hankook Winter i*cept evo W310 although they've recently been superseded by the Winter i*cept evo2 W320 which I would expect to be even better.
  21. I've run Hankook winter tyres in standard 225/45R18 and 245/45R18 sizes for the last five winters. I've been very impressed, even just in cold weather they have noticeably better traction and braking than summer tyres. If you have to use the car all year round whatever the weather then they are a great investment.
  22. You could buy these and get them painted any colour you like? 19 inch Speedline Alloys with Good tyres
  23. Saw parked up on the pavement next to a bus stop last night and again this afternoon. Had aftermarket headlights, big (and I mean big!) rear wing and what might be an Amuse front bumper with a bit of damage. Looked a bit sad so hoping it's just a temporary setback.
  24. Just noticed they're on eBay as well: 19'' Speedline Alloys Wheels with Good tyres 114.3 PCD Looking more closely at the photos it looks like they could be 9" wide with ET20-something which would be pretty good.
  25. Spotted these for sale on Gumtree, I think they'd look pretty good on a Zed. Not much fitment info in the advert but they look like they have Avon and Dunlop tyres and would fit with the right spacers and spigot rings: 19 inch Speedline Alloys with Good tyres 114.3 PCD Cheap dished wheels for someone willing to find out a bit more about them.
