  1. Bodyboarder81. Checked today after fitting the 275 rears. 285 would need rolled arches. The 275,s just fit ! Still plenty of space above the tyre.. 40 profile maybe ? Move to 255 front....spot on.
  2. Thanks for that GM ... Still got to check whats suitable for Anodized rather than polished and lacquered rims. Meguiars got sued in the states for recommending all wheel rim wax /polish that ruined Volks gtc,s
  3. Thanks GM.They are in need of polishing when I change them for winter. Tying to find the best rim wax cause they,re Anodised an can stain easy/

  5. Just trying to get more pics from photo bucket. Bit of a dinosaur at this !
  6. Exhaust is an in Invidia Gemini dual with Titanium tips Current tyre sizes are 235/35 et 21 front and 255/35 et 24 rear. Stretched but changing tomorrow. http://www.filmon.com/tv/api/channel/13?session_key=447522f7ba37f8f1b157731960a22f37&quality=high
  7. Had my HR done after fitting Cobra hfc,s and Invidia dual exhaust. No need for plenum spacer on the HR. Moved bhp from 313 to 333 Car revs quicker in 1 to three. Just seem to change gear earlier. Can,t say it accelerates more just revs higher before changing.
  8. Congratulations. IMO. You,re here once....go and blow the lot on yourself and those closest to you. Oh,and don,t forget to buy another lottery ticket....could be 2 mill next time !
  9. Thanks for the positive feedback guys.Really encourages me to move forward with the planned mods. Davie wagon. They were re aligned after Falcon fitted them. Gonna need them checked again tomorrow when I replace the tyres. Kyler ...245,s are what others use with 275's rear. The tyre manufacturers consider 245 as the lower acceptable size on 9.5 j,s 265 being the optimum. Gonna try my rear 255,s on the front and new 275's on the rear to see whether there is any rubbing / handling problems. If so I will just slot new 245's on. My rear 255's are near new. Gixxer currently Bridgestone Potenzas r050. Quite stretched. Keyser ..... Followed your build thread and saw it on eBay...tempted to buy that one as we'll ... Amazing job and a good buy for a lucky new owner. Thanks again everyone.

    Automatic locking

    Problem sorted. Thanks guys
  15. Cars just come back from Falcon and it's started locking itself when I,m away from the car and without pressing the fob ! Bit dangerous if I leave the keys in the car for more than 1 minute. Is there a switch somewhere to stop this ? Cheers
  16. Delsey.. Looks like I may have a little room to play with. Be interesting to see the fit tomorrow and if it works could save me the cost of two tyres. Buster, thanks for the info. Those rears must look awesome. Any noticeable difference in handling ? Cheers guys
  17. Zeus Thanks for the reply. Every little bit helps.
  18. Desey Them nuts are off a Challenger tank ! Seriously, those photos really help. Looks a pretty tight fit there. Any estimate of how much your coilovers have dropped the car ?
  19. gm. As you suggested two weeks ago, the lowering has really improved the look already and is not detracting from the classy look of the car. Had it waxoiled yesterday and that makes the underneath look much better. Having the Z emblem embossed into the headrests soon. Going fo a run over the Dales tomorrow for some photography so will post up some pics
  20. Hi Desey. I,m on 19 " rims and thee is still a fair gap above the tyres. two fingers rear... 1.5 front
  21. Thanks for that gm .Spoke to mitz before I lowered when I was considering 245 front and 275 rear which seems the norm when lowered. Just trying to save the current rears. I presume you moved from original setup on rays. Did you notice any difference in the ride ?
