  1. Looks like this... Pete
  2. Just took a quick look at my old lights. As far as I can see, there's only the one bulb and its a simple matter of unscrewing the connector and replacing the bulb. Don't know how the 2006 onwards lights work though Pete
  3. If you have a U.K model then its a straight replacement, just be careful not to snap the plastic caps off when you prise them up to get at the bolts that hold the lights in place. The units are one piece, so no need to fiddle around with bulb holders Pete
  4. The other alternative is to remove the counterweight which is located underneath the trim, fairly essential if you already have or plan to fit an aftermarket rear spoiler. Pete
  5. Yeah, Base, GT and the limited edition GT4 are the models available in The U.K. According to Wikipedia only one genuine Nismo was imported into the country by Nissan and I've no idea what happened to that. One of the options when purchasing a 350Z was to fit a Nismo bodykit and a few other goodies but these are not the same as Japanese or U.S Nismo's. Genuine Nismo 350Z's have a serialized etched aluminium plaque mounted on the centre console like this. http://cdn-www.rsportscars.com/images/n ... t21600.jpg Pete
  6. Once again, a great day out, we both enjoyed it thoroughly and we're already counting the days to the next meet . Thanks to "The Team" for organizing the entire weekend and making sure it ran smoothly throughout. It's only when you go on a run with so many Zed's that you appreciate just how much planning and time and effort went into this, thanks guys. Great to meet up with all of you , some great folks and some real characters and I've also figured out why R35LEE is so difficult to get hold of Pete
  7. Welcome to the forum . Any pics to show us Pete
  8. One more, parking was a bit tight at The Waterloo Pete
  9. Here's a selection, will upload a few more when I've sorted through them all Pete
  10. Fronts will last a lot longer than the rears. 10-12k for rears is fairly normal, my fronts still had bags of tread about 4mm when I fitted new wheels and tyres at 10k...so 24k is maybe possible Pete
  11. Great drive out today, the 30 or so cars that were on the run certainly turned a few heads, going to be epic tomorrow Pete
  12. Just got in, bone dry until half a mile from home, apparently a heavy shower just as Caroline was about to finish her car off Pete
  13. Good morning from Wales or should that be Sunny Wales . Yes, the Sun is shining and although its a bit cool at the moment it's forecast to warm up as the day goes on. I'll be popping up to The Moreton for a few hours this afternoon so have a safe journey up (or down) and I'll see some of you shortly Pete
  14. Gearbox oil doesn't suffer the effects of combustion or heat of engine oil so it doesn't break down, sludge or shear as easily. No harm in changing the oil, but it should last a minimum of 50k providing the seal stays intact. Pete
  15. If you think on, could you bring those clips for the tonneau cover Cheers, Pete
  16. Nissan were selling about 3,000 350's a year but only about 700 370's Pete
  17. Better than the pre 06 lights but not as good as genuine facelift lights just about sums it up Pete
  18. Latest Weather Update for the Chirk area, a bit of a downgrade. Friday Sunny 16C 10% Chance of rain Saturday Cloudy 18C 60% Chance of rain Sunday Partly Cloudy 17C 30% Chance of rain Forecast for areas on the run Saturday and Sunday are better, the further West the drier apparently. Pete
  19. The reality is... Friday, Partly cloudy... 16C.... 20% Chance of Thunder Storms Saturday, Partly cloudy... 18C.... Dry Sunday, Partly cloudy...... 20C... Dry Not too bad Pete
  20. My box doesn't have the numbers Pete
  21. Yeah, I'm getting pretty good overall MPG, just under 27, compares well to the 29.7 I was getting from my Celica T-Sport. Pete
  22. Welcome to the forum. That's a lovely motor Pete
