Maybe its getting under the scuttle panel, the bottom of outer windscreen, then finding its way through the back of dash. definitely sounds like a seal somewhere. you could try masking each seal one at a time then driving inbetween thus finding out the culprit.

I got a set from Zmanalex when I fitted my decats, cured the problem. Not too expensive too, pm him. :)
