A good soak of plusgas or wd-40 overnight will help to loosen if off - just remember - dont yank the allen key, gently squeeze/pull it or you could end up rounding things off then it'll get fun Also make sure nothing falls down there whilst the plenum is off....

thats the thing that made me wonder though - dyno runs are usually done in 4th gear (or closest to 1:1 ratio), where it isnt limited - but surely if the first 3 gears are limited then removing that must give more power in those gears? Or am i barking up the wrong tree

one thing thats confusing me - and from what ive read people havent yet commented on (from what ive read) I was reading abbeys website, and they say the lower gears by not allowing the throttle to be opened 100% in the 3 lower gears, 1st gear 65%, 2nd gear 70%, 3rd gear 80%. Does the remap remove this limitation? Because surely, would the 0-85mph sprint be much reduced and make the car have a lot more power in the lower gears? Or have i read it completely wrong?

(37 in a 30) Either 3 points and £60 fine, or £105 to sit down and talk about stopping distances, then derive a crappy french diesel around for 2 hours.....with no further records of the offence Needless to say i did the course! (FYI - Static cameras allow the speedlimit +10% +2mph)

Hey guys, Can anyone confirm to me - 100%.... Is there ANY difference in the upper inlet manifolds on any of the 350z's between Manual & Auto JDM & UK 2003-2009 If they are all exactly the same with no additional outlet breather pipes for different applications, that would be great! Thanks Andy

I did do a search but couldn’t find anything so please excuse me if there is another thread somewhere (I’m new after all! ) I’ve just got myself a UK zed, and loving it – but there’s one thing that’s a bit odd; I know that the thrust/release bearing on the clutch is a little noisy – but all engages as it should with no bad noises, crunches or anything like that – but weirdly the gear knob vibrates like hell! It does this when in gear, neutral, clutch up or down – but more noticeable on the rundown of say 3rd gear, around 3500rpm. I just wondered if this was considered normal? Or a common symptom o something else? Cheers Andy
