Dazh - How much shipped to Northern Ireland? What size of tyres required?

I'm looking at some cheap winter wheels after a slight mishap.. Do these include tyres? if so are they within the correct tolerances? would you be willing to package if I can arrange a courier to call and collect so I can ship them to Northern Ireland? (obviously I'd be paying for this).

My brakes started squealing on saturday so I thought its time to get new pads.. I double checked them last night and they looked very low so I got some cheap Apec pads until I get something decent at the end of the month... It wasn't until I replaced them tonight that I realised why there was squealing and a little vibration at low speeds.. This has to be the worst pads I've taken off yet on all the cars I've owned.. I can't believe how bad they are considering the car isn't "tracked"! Unsurprisingly although they are cheapo pads the car drives and feels 10 times better! cant wait to upgrade the pads and disc's at the end of the month Also I wanted to say thanks for the guys who answered my questions and helped me with my silly questions!

cheers for the input guys Out of interest why avoid if running brembos? I'm being offered a set a fella over here bought for just under £50 for front disc's and pads I'd be temped to try them until I get paid and get some proper discs/pads ? only thing is its my brakes.. I don't want to not be able to stop...!

Has anyone any reviews of these? I've been offered a set very cheap and I'm considering going for the disc/pads for the front of the car. If they're junk what disc's would everyone recommend? I've seen so many listed and everyone seems to have varying different opinions on the usual discs/pads listed on here!

I'm planning on doing a track day in 3 weeks time.. there is a noise limit of 98Db at 4000 revs, static from 1 meter at 45º.. I have a japspeed K1 with baffles. I have no silencers the only other part of the exhaust is the cats.. Any one got any ideas if I'd meet or be below the 98db limit? Be gutted if I've to take it off to do a track day!

Neilp I'm running 255/35/R19 on the front and 275/35/R19 on the rear (Rota GTR's 19x10 all around) Couldn't run anything smaller than a 255 or the stretch would just look/perform silly I think TCS kills the power as the rolling radius is slightly off due to the front tyre! docwra - I'll most likely move to KU39's when these wear out but for £125 (VAT included!) for each 275/35/R19 I cant complain! **edit** Just checked and cant see KU39s for my sizes

If you go to somewhere with good equipment they will scan the car to give an exact colour match. This takes in to affect the fade of the colour over time. My dad did this with my Renaultsport Clio 197 which was 5 years old and when it was sprayed it was a perfect match(he works for a car part place which sells paint).

Just to update this.. I've had the tyres for close to two months now in the dry they are a lot better as they are in the wet also! I'm wondering though if this is to do with these tyres maybe having the correct pressure! Anyway I'd recommend these as cheap tyres although the sizes I am running I find the car kills the power very early..

Sorry to hijack your thread but can you explain the "Given him a quick call about the rear brake testing on rollers is bad thing?" All MOT centers in NI are a PITA with rear brake testing on rollers :/

Hey - I only get around 21.8 MPG and to be fair I nail it on to the motorway etc quite a lot when leaving work.. are you filling up with BP Ultimate? if your running 95 ron you'll get a few MPG less than expected.. Wheres this Z expert btw? I'm looking for one in NI 'just in case' type thing

Thought I'd do a quick lap of 'The ring' in a modified 350z and custom suspension setup. Gutted I lost it in two corners.. continued playing it for 1hr 10 minutes after this lap.. I can only blame myself! Anyway.. Sorry about the quality.. for anyone interested the lap time was 6:59:435 which I'm chuffed at! Cheers BM I'm waiting on flight details before I can sign up! I think the GT version of the car comes with Satnav which is great I'm still a bit.. shocked if I'm honest - really decent thing for them to do!
