I would report it but to be honest I doubt anything will come of it. For example, a customer of mine picked up her daughter from school last week and whilst walking along the path, some inpatient boy racer mounted the kurb and drove along the path a fraction away from her daughter, all because he couldn't be bothered to wait behind another car whilst waiting for them to turn right. She got the reg and reported them to the police. They told her she needed a witness and needed to fill in endless amount of forms etc, otherwise they couldn't do anything about it. Worth giving them the reg, but don't expect too much from them.

Must have been overtaken by a few mopeds at that speed!

I guess what I mean bud is if you feel comfortable with the whole operation in general then go for it. These are moment in life that kids in general are missing these days because everyone scared to death they'll end up with something horrific befouling them. I don't want to turn this into one of my epic rants but I get sick of the way modern society makes us feel about doing anything with any danger attached to it. In fact - sod it just lob him the keys and tell him to make sure its got some fuel in it when he's finished. Your absolutely right mate, im not going to let him miss out on this one. Its a 1 hour journey so he will have plenty of time in the Zed, Knowing my luck he will fall asleep! Could be a good thing though as he is at the "Why" stage of a childs life, not sure i could handle an hour of questions!

Thats what my dad did, used to sit in the front and help him change gear too. One of the reasons i love cars today. I put a child seat in the front of my roadster for my friends little boy who is 6. He really wanted to go in the zed and he loved every minute. We played a game where he had to watch the centre speedo and make sure i didnt go over the 30 / 40 mph speed limits and if i got close he had to shout. He loved it. We went through a few tunnels and he was smiling like crazy, he said "you car makes my tummy tickle in the tunnels" he wants to go in it all the time now. I say go for it. My nephew would love that game! He makes me do the noise of an F1 car when he is in my girlfriends car with us, HARD work to say the least and a really aching mouth after! Were there any problems fitting the seat at all?

Can you put a child seat in the passenger seat of a 350z? My nephew is almost 5 years old, so has a forward facing seat and has always wanted to go in my zed, he thinks its Lightning Mcqueen from the film Cars The oppurtunity has come up this coming sunday for him to potentially get a ride in the zed when i drop him back at his mums. The question is, is it legal to have him in the passenger seat? Would it be dangerous for him to be facing an airbag at his age? Any help or links to info is fully appreciated.

If it is definitely the nismo exhaust then it should have nismo laser engraved on the side of each exhaust tip, if it doesn't have that then its just a standard exhaust, which im suspicious that it is just standard. The nismo exhaust can cost around £1350+ new and around £700+ second hand depending on the age of it, it may be lower.

Looking at the pictures it doesn't have the full nismo body kit, it has the front bumper and rear spoiler but it doesn't have the nismo skirts or rear spats, could be a replica front end.......... Bonus having the nismo exhaust though!
