  1. I saw a set of Rays on ebay the other day (which included a reasonable amount of rubber) for £600 which isn't too bad really. I'll see if I can find the link if you're interested.... Car looks to be a good deal! I'm picking up my black GT tomorrow which I bought for about the same price. It's a MY05 one, but has done a few more miles and no sat nav -guess it's the premium for buying from a main dealer
  2. Hiya fellow newbie As 350 giZ said, go for the GT4 - 300bhp, low tax and the rare but awesome custard paint job
  3. We keep a box in the office specifically for returning our 360's in. Current one has managed 9 months of service so should be going wrong any day now tbh im waiting for the lights on mine i may aim a fan at it soon I'll probably buy a new one rather than getting it repaired when it goes wrong. My brother bought a new Elite a couple of months ago and it's much quieter and has a smaller power brick (which isn't really hard given how big the thing i have is!). (ot: i like your under strut lighting mod btw - very nice!)
  4. I got a quote off Admiral today for the MY05 GT i'm picking up on friday - £731 which is WAY lower than the £1202 Direct Line wanted... 26, 4 years NCB, no accidents, claims or points. I guess that's not too bad so will probably go with Admiral once my current Direct Line policy runs out in a couple of weeks

  6. I was late to the Borderlands party as I only started playing it properly the other week after finishing Assassins Creed 2 and getting bored of MW2 for a second time. Enjoying Borderlands way more than I thought - great co-op game!
  7. Mine (while watching F1 friday practice!). Low quality as I took it before getting rid of my iPhone
  8. Taking the Bose appart and a bit of soldering doesn't put me off if it gets the job done I've seen a pretty good tutorial for doing it somewhere, but as you correctly point out, it was probably a US model which could well be different. You're also right about Rob_Quads. That guy knows a scary amount about 350z ICE/wiring!
  9. Hmm... I feared that might be the case. Maybe I'll look into the hack for creating an auxilary in on the Bose headunit then and getting the bluetooth adapter. Cheers M13KYF
  10. I'm about to pick up my 2005(54) 350z GT this week and it has the handsfree kit cradle + steering wheel controls, but no bluetooth adapter. I know you can get these on ebay for about £60-£90 but what I really want to do is to have handsfree calling (with the steering wheel controls) and to be able to stream music over A2DP. I don't think the cradle adapter supports this so was wondering what solutions there are before I start spending money! Any ideas?
