I have just pm'd skyinsurance just to get there take on this (i know this may also be down to individual insurance companies), im now intrigued as to how the general insurance business would see this.

@ Doc aust. Are we sure that by just pulling the fuse its gives us a error code? @ kaizer I will take off said panels tomorrow and have a look, unless someone beats me to it

so maybe, just maybe as this seems to be more problematic in the US this could be due to the warmer climate and therefore making the grease more fluid like then in turn running into the electric motor.

Ok after doing some reading on this issue, im just wondering how many actual reports we have had of these going down in the UK and what revisions they have been? I know Zugara has had a failure and now has been repaired under warranty. Mine is a Rev C and im hoping if it goes it goes before my warranty is up, if not then im thinking that the fuse is gona get pulled (paranoia setting in).

found this on another forum... I also have an intermittent click/squeak from my seat which is due to the front height adjuster. Something to do with the star washers they put on the end of the bars to secure them on according to the 370z forum supposedly for 2009 cars with non electric seats and there was a TSB. A quick adjust of the height and it stops clicking/squeaking... hth

ok thanks for the info, I just wasnt sure if when taking apart the OEM head unit that there would be some RCA jacks to plug the camera into.

I also have noticed a slight annoying noise coming from the seat belt mechanism when its connected, I also recall having this same noise on my old 350z. I think I might just squirt a bit of wd40 around the area to see if that helps.

ok so after my test drive, I decide to plump for the BE, It drove very well and tbh I was very impressed with the gear box also it was in better condition that the other one i was looking at...Its so nice to get that Zed back again. I have so missed my 350 for the last few months, but I just love the new 370. .. Will add some pics when I find oot how to lol

Well Im booked in for 2 test drives on saturday , and hopefully ill be leaving a deposit on one of them forgot to mention the black is Number 002

Its fine the just a front guard, all the coupes haveit, roadster has a slightly smaller one that is less obvious. Id go for the black edition then saw it was an auto. Had an auto for a week as a courtesy car and really didnt like it at all, manual is a lot more engaging and fun. That front guard just seems to be hanging a bit different to other photos Ive seen of them, so wasn't sure if they may have caught it a bit while reversing into there showroom. Also as this is going to be a daily and mainly town traffic does the auto not seem better suited?

Hi all....not been around for a while as I sold my 350 back last yr and got me a Boxster 3.2s, and tbh im just not feeling the love with it so..... Im in a bit of a dilemma...I'm looking to purchase myself a 370 within the next few days are there are 2 that catching my eye. They are both priced around the same and both the same year and of similar mileage I know this will come down to personal preference, but was just wondering which way you guys would sway...
