  1. For Sale: Genuine OEM Tonneau Cover £85 collected from Warwick. I sold my car earlier this year but never got round to selling the tonneau cover. It’s a genuine Nissan Vertical Tonneau Cover with the fitting instructions and all fixings included. The two rawlnuts which go into the underside of the strut brace have broken but might be able to be glued back together. As I’m not in a rush to sell and I don’t want to deal with the hassle of posting and packaging I’m currently offering it for collection only.
  2. These have been sold now, please can a mod lock this thread.
  3. They are still for sale and I am prepared to have them couried to Aberdeen. I've now cleared out my inbox too so I can receive PMs again.
  4. These are still for sale, offers considered.
  5. If you do decide to get some winter tyres, mine are still for sale: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=58229
  6. Bump + price reduced to £600.
  7. Congratulations I hope you enjoy the car as much as I did!
  8. EDIT: Reduced price - £600 collected from Leamington Spa. As I've now sold my car I have a set of winter wheels and tyres for sale. They're the standard Nissan 18" alloys with the correct size tyres (224 45 R18 on the front, 245 45 R18 on the rear). The tyres are Kumho KW27 winter tyres. I've had them on the car for around 2000 miles and in the cold conditions they work a lot better than the Falkens I ran on my summer wheels. I've only used them in snow a couple of times but the grip the tyres managed to find was very impressive. Please ask if you any questions or would like any more photos. Ash
  9. It's gone! Please can this thread be locked now, I suspect the new owner might start a thread soon to introduce their new car.
  10. Sold! Brillomaster is coming to buy/collect the car on Saturday so it will be staying on the forum and probably still attending the same West Midlands meets I used to!
  11. Cheers for the comments guys. The cars definitely going though I'm afraid!
  12. After two enjoyable years of ownership I now need a car with a bigger boot so my car is for sale: UK car GT pack (Bose stereo; black, heated, electric, leather seats; cruise control) Gunmetal 53 plate (so in the lower tax band) 41k miles (being used daily so this will increase) 2 owners (I’m the second) Full service history (first 6 at Nissan, last 2 at specialist garages) Last service in October was the big P3 service MOT until November (no advisories on last MOT) Tax till April Rays with Falken 452s fitted, good amount of tread left all round Premium carpet mats and premium boot carpet No modifications Comes with both spare keys Hands free phone adaptor for Nokia phones Never been on track Bad points: There's a chip in the paint on the front left wheelarch where someone has grazed the car in a carpark. The front passenger side alloy has some kerbing on the rim and the rear passenger side alloy has a couple of small chips in the rim but overall the wheels are in a very good condition. I'm looking for around £7500. If you have any questions please get in touch. Ash
  13. I feel aggrieved about something, is there anyone on the forum who could write a humorous letter for me to send to them?
  14. I ran winter tyres last winter and will be doing again this year. I didn't have to use them in the snow too often but when I did I found they worked very well. I'd read lots about how poor a zed is on normal tyres in icy/snowy conditions and as it's my only car I figured I didn't have much to lose by giving winter tyres a go. If I had a FWD, low powered car then I'd probably just slide around a bit on summer tyres but with a RWD, relatively powerful car it definitely makes sense to me to fit winter tyres. This shows the conditions I drove in last year without any problems:
  15. I had my recent P3 service done at Advanced Motorsport & Engineering near Silverstone. They normally do bigger jobs but seemed happy to service my car. I'd take my car back there again. I know other forum members have used them before as well and have been happy with the service, in fact I spotted Neilp's car whilst I was there.
  16. I'd forgotten about the black nismo, I see that most times I drive down that road too. Horrible road though, those speed bumps are aggressive.
  17. I used to pass a couple most days on my way to/from work - a black convertible entering Leamington in the morning whilst I was on my way out and a blade coupe leaving Leamington as I returned in the evening. I'm now working somewhere different but I pass an azure coupe every morning, parked on Adelaide Road. There's also another azure coupe (import) that parks near the top of the parade. I haven't seen Grant's car for ages though!
  18. It's not really the wheels that you're paying for here though, it's the winter tyres. You'd be doing very well indeed to get a set of winter tyres and wheels for less than £600!
  19. Looks like a Westfield to me but could be any Se7en replica really.
  20. Are you sure it's the insides that are dirty? My front lights had some marks on them and it looked like it was on the inside but after reading on here about people polishing their lights I tried some Megs Metal Polish on mine and they've come up really well.
  21. I've heard of MGT Racing Ltd who are based near Nuneaton.
  22. This months' EVO mentions a website which shows how many of a particular vehicle are licensed on UK roads each year: http://howmanyleft.co.uk/ Pretty interesting to have a look around. It also gives the answer to quite a common question "How many 350Zs are there in this country?": in 2010 there were 6247 licensed 350Zs driving around in the UK. That's 181 less than in 2009 which means a lot of written off cars or a lot of people SORNing their cars or a combination of both.
  23. We did all like that E-type too. He was on the same ferry home as us but I didn't spot your car. I tried to get a better photo of your car without the flash on but I almost got run over by the car coming to park behind our car.
