  6. Where do I find that? Might be a bit different on UK cars due to your laws. But it should be on the VIN plate on the left hand side, at the back'ish of the engine bay. Had a good look but all I can find is year of manufacture 04 - I know it was on the boat when I ordered it in Jan 04

    370Z in Black

Agreed Seen a few of them now & much prefer the 350 I thought it was just me - obviously not. I'm quite dissapointed actually because I would have been quite happy to upgrade my 350 to a new 370 had it represented an all round improvement. Imo though the only benefir I can see is a bit more power and that's not enough reason for me to buy one. Going to have to be a porka I recon +1 ................... backward step on the overall proportion of the car IMO

    New numberplate

SUMMARY: What is required and permitted on UK road-legal number plates Required: * White front plate (to British Standard BS AU 145d) * Yellow rear plate (to British Standard BS AU 145d) * The registration number of the bearer vehicle in the mandatory font (black ‘Charles Wright 2001’) * Spacing of characters and character groups in accordance with the measurements specified in the regulations. Variation is not permitted That sums it up nicely IMHO- I had to change mine to comply when a nice policeman asked me to last year, Over the years I've been stopped four times and the last time it was serious - 'get it changed or else' - I guess it's to do with the number plate recognition cameras that are prevalent now. The only thing you haven't mentioned and what I'm still not sure about, if your number is short, say A1 ZED, is it allowed to cut down the plate?
  12. I love those cars too - they remind me of the old Rover P5B

  17. Lol, my Zed doesn't count really being across the pond. 5 years, 7 months and counting. Mine was due from the dealer 01 March 2004 - in fact it didn't arrive on my drive until 15 March 2004 and since I'd already let my old car go to the new owner I kicked up a fuss So the dealer gave me a Z wristwatch and his Z to use in the meantime Boy that dealer car was fast I guess that makes me the owner for 5 years 8 months
