  1. I had been without my Zed properly for the best part of the last 3 months, it was with Nissan. That was killer. I know how you feel, don't worry it'll be back before you know it
  2. Everyone turns eventually Never quite said I'd turned Haven't driven one tho so you never know. That'll be the decider If you like the 350z then you'll love the 370z. Been far too busy enjoying it to take any proper pictures
  3. Tiff needs to replace Hammond, he had a good innings but he became an annoying tit after that crash. I have respect for Tiff, great driver, he is a little clinical at times but he's very good. I'm not too young to remember the days when he was actually on Top Gear.
  4. Took it out for a little spin! I love it I'm interested to know how most people broke the car in. I took it quite easy tonight, it still has just shy of 60 miles on it and I didn't take it above 3.5 - 4k. Still you can have fun in that rev range but I'm itching to open it up!
  5. I'll tell you how I think it fairs up later when I finally get to drive it and yes I will get some proper pictures, Nissan delivered it to the house but had to sign saying I wouldn't drive it until insured and taxed. I didn't really want her sitting about in the dealership getting marked! Insurance was hardly much more than my 350 and well thank god I'm not paying the first year tax!
  6. Cheers for the comments guys. I got a good trade in on my 350, it only dropped £500 since buying it. They didn't give it to me Chris will message you later about it mate. Chris`I it's number 52. Which is yours? The GTR alloys might be for sale to be honest, I just don't know if I can put them on it! I suppose I'll have to put them on just to see what they look like but I don't know if I can start changing parts yet, it's only got 14 miles on it. Plus I have a carbon lip for my 350 still waiting to go on, but it'll never go on. I just hope the 370 is as fun as the 350 to live with because despite everything I've been through with my 350 I'm still really sad to see it go.
  7. Well after a long battle with my 350 as explained in other threads (I won't bore you with the details here, they're all in the 'Warranty Issues' section) it has gone. I didn't really know the last time I drove it before it went back to Nissan would be the last time I ever drove it or saw it for that matter! I was readying myself for it's return this week. Fear not though, it has been replaced with this: So I suppose I best hop over to the 370Z section of the forum now, thankfully I don't have to move forums
  8. and after you have tried being so positive about the car after the 'issues' you had.... I believe it's for the better, you might be able to tell me...
  9. I will put another topic up shortly explaining. It's not bad, really.
  10. Sadly in a twist of events my 350Z has gone
  11. Not bad for a lap in reverse! (Incredible!!!!) Better remix: Listening to: Nothing like 90's hip hop, although I'm not sure how many will agree

    Nismo Exhaust

Even better in a tunnel Anyone know if they make a BuddyClub Spec 2 for the 350z? I can imagine that would be a little hectic to say the least.

    Nismo Exhaust

Blueflame is nice, but I have my heart set on a Nismo! By the way how much did it set you back Chris?

    Nismo Exhaust

Haha I know, right old debate going on. What can I say. I've had an offer for one and no amount of debating will sway me. I'm not a brand whore as such, it's just I've wanted a Nismo exhaust for ages, of course, money be no object I'd have to go Amuse!
  15. Absolute joke isn't it. I think they should bring back the death penalty to cut the deficit, I don't see why we should support the sick bastards locked up, especially Venables.

    Nismo Exhaust

I suppose my main reason for opting for the Nismo exhaust is that it doesn't sound too over the top and it's a quality system.
  17. I saw this thread and I was going to recommend this one. So good I bought two of them. They're fantastic jacks for the money!

    Nismo Exhaust

Call me a sucker for the names but I really want a Nismo one. I've always wanted the expensive exhausts, you can't beat the build quality, but to be honest I can't comment on the Scorpion one having never seen one in the flesh.
  19. I did try to but the wife kept stopping the fun, ha ha. They always do stop the fun haha. Lovely colour mate and a facelift, it's all about the facelift. I came from a Honda as well, needless to say I've bought another one since owning the Zed for commuting

    Nismo Exhaust

They don't seem to pop up often but I'd love one, pm me and let me know, thanks
  21. On my old del sol there was a difference between the JDM and UK screens, UK ones were normally tinted and JDM ones were tinted slightly blue. I'm not sure if this applies to the 350Z though.
  22. Haha! This looks ridiculous, not to mention dangerous! What are the seats out of? Looks like a Honda Accord or something? I can't imagine what the car handles like without the rear strut. Great for a midget family though, I'm sure.
  23. Little update, I've been on holiday for a week in Egypt, was nice to not worry about the car for a week, plus the week off work is always nice! Anyway in my absence my old man has been speaking to the dealer and Nissan UK as I just turned the phone off for a week, I should try that more often, no phone, no internet, just a cold beer and some sun The car should be back this coming week. The gearbox fixed, I hope for the last time. But we've managed to get an extra result. The dealer have agreed to fix the scrape that they did to my front bumper, I made reference to this in one of my other posts but left it as I often find proving body damage caused by dealers as a little hard plus I had a lip to cover it anyway. But they agreed to paint the front bumper and wings as there were a few marks on them (not caused by the dealer). It's nice to have that done as I had budgeted to do that after the car came back. I just really hope when it comes back this time it's for good. I'm really itching to enjoy my car as I haven't been able to since the start of April as it has only spent a couple of weeks in my possession since then!
  24. Some of you ought to be ashamed with your comments, if I hadn't noticed the topic I'd be worried. Nice gear knob lol
  25. I wouldn't get redstuff pads to be honest. You mention you do a lot of short trips, to get the best out of redstuff you have to warm them up. If I had the money I'd go Project Mu pads and disks, they are immense!
