  1. The colour of the GT4 wheels looks nice and subtle
  2. This is quite subtle http://my350z.com/forum/attachments/350 ... mm-001.jpg (It wouldn't let me post as an image)
  3. Gold is nice....but for me I dont think it would quite work with the Rays Black is nice and I have seen them on an Azure blue Zed before
  4. Gonna get my Rays refurbed and I'm thinking of doing them a different colour I was thinking of anthracite colour to go along with the blue but does anyone reckon there could be a more suitable colour combo to go withe the blue?? Been hunting round for pics (even other cars of a similar coloutr but dont seem to find much) but any ideas guys?
  5. That is true re: above I bought mine with few niggly things that I knew I would be prepared to sort out myself but at the same time what I need to do to the Zed was also what I used for negotiation on price
  6. Got tickets for this and only live walking distance away for this!!!! Anyone else going to this?
  7. I think its ok for price more so when you have done some negotiations Just have a look at what you can get for 10-12k http://www.autotrader.co.uk/search/used ... %20350%20Z
  8. Cheers Gizmo. Yeah don't mind paying what something is worth, just wanted to get a feel of what a decent price would be for it. If people on here (who know a lot more than me about these car's values) were saying it's worth more like 12-12.5k, then I'd know what to be happy getting him down to. Wouldn't want to pay 13.5 for it, only to find out it's a grand or two over the odds. Well its in everyones nature to get a car at the cheapest price possible and sell one at the most they can. I would say it is a little marked up on price but not stupidly. But surely everyone does this to factor negotiations into the deal! Negotiations to around £13k or a touch less is about right. Or maybe haggle 12months tax and tank of fuel into it?
  9. Paid £13.4K about a montha ago for mine. 55PLate with 19K on the clock. This was private so I think yours has room for negotiation. It the Zed is in really good nick then all you have lost is a bit of money. Better than paying less to get a sh*t heap!
  10. I think this issue was also present to myself at the time of getting an S2000 last year. Fortunately as I had a CTR for the previous 5 years before the S they made an exception and still beat everyone else! Changing to Zed was non issue either for me
  11. Its not the GPS that picks it up. It is the radio component of it that does. GPS merely calculates where you are relative to orbiting satellites. But nevertheless good as the traffic info is broadcasted in a much more quicker time. Mind you there are enough traffic cameras planted around main roads so there is no reason why information can not be fed through in shorter time
  12. Welcome to the Forum!! I live in MK and run had my Zed for a month now! Its probably one of 2 Azure Blue in MK
  13. Er..... My first post has pics of just that? Didn't when I first looked at the thread. I meant photos to demonstrate to the council. Ha ha! First thing I did was take pictures when I found that stupid label stuck on my window!!!
  14. Er..... My first post has pics of just that?
  15. Will give that a go! Is there any kind of confirmation at all that it has worked other than trying it out?
  16. What age car does this apply to (or not as it may be?)
  17. Yes but an stock inlet tube keeps the air inlet temp at a more reasonable level which helps a lot , stock airbox also gives better part throttle response as well, Dont think Nissan spent a fortune on something that wouldn't work would they!!!!!! I currently have the stock 06+ intake with the standard plastic intake tube but i was considering replacing the intake tube with the arc polished pipe (still using standard 06+ intake box). Are you saying that even replacing just the intake tube can negatively affect performance? I was under the impression the what matters most is the temp of the air entering the intake as it doesn't stay in the intake tubing long enough to make any difference so maybe replacing it should be ok even if its for a bit of bling?
  18. Yeah I was parked there Sunday (yesterday) and anyway why would I move it just in case I broke it? I wouldn't want to be done for vandalism or forcefully trying to remove a public notice!
  19. If they say to me that I should have lifted that sign that covers it to check I will go chuck norris at them!
  20. I agree on this one...Have pop charger on and I find there is a flat spot on take off in 1st gear!
  21. I got an auto response quoting: "Please note that the penalty will be held at the current status (unless the penalty has been passed over to the bailiffs for recovery) whilst we undertake our investigation. If your enquiry was received within 14 days of the date of issue of the PCN, it will be held at the discounted amount, otherwise, it will be held at the charge applicable at the time of this enquiry." So looks like it will be held and I have email trail of my sent emails so we shall wait and see
  22. So I shouldn't pay the charge as of yet and challenge first? There is an email to challenge it on the back of the slip
  23. Went for some sushi with the missus in London and parked in parking bay off the road and promptly got a PCN However at the time of parking the notices weren't that clear so I asked a local and they said it should be fine but nevertheless got a parking charge on return. Thing is they stuck a notice over the notice obscuring the parking conditions for Sunday so surely I can challenge this?? I got photo evidence: The parking notice Notices relative to where my car was: Notice accross the street: I'm guess I will have to pay fine first then challenge it? Do I have grounds to recover the fine based on the pictoral info and do I just have to bend over and take it???
  24. Well Done!! Just goes to prove if you can get through all the ball ache of a process you will get a result!
