i think bumper ticks ONLY look good if you have an exhaust like the white one above otherwise it looks gash imo, think it depend on the body shop really some like adjusting fibreglass others dont, depends how far out they are, but i would have thought if they were tigersealed on ect they would have been able to do it but if you want them removable it takes quite a bit of time and most bodyshops seem very busy atm so probably just didnt want to do it

personally i dont like the back end of them, id stick with the 350, but owning a car from brand spanking new is a really good feeling tho

just a warning if your not 100% sure on your cars history ect, if you put stickers on pannels that have been repainted or in some cases the original paint, the stickers pull the laqure off when removed, i found this out on my 99' S14a, thought i liked the idea od the nismo stripe, put it on them decided i didnt, i heated it up and removed it slowly and it kept jumping and pulled the laqure off in 3 places, then you have to have your pannel repainted and on a silver'ish car its hard to match the colour, personally i would never put a massive sticker on my car again

overall everythings is very good, and all the mechanics are spot on, but yeah downside if some of the interior plastics, like the centre box lid near your elbow feels weak and cheap, but that can be topped by the built in satnav screen cover, that has the worst hinge ever made, and doesnt close very easily, but they really are very minir points to an overall very good car.

if the clampers is legally entitled to put a clamp on your car, you are only aloud to remove it if you can without damaging it, i.e if you cut it off its criminal damage ect, ive heard or people jacking the corner of their car,letting there tyre down and sliding the chains off, think you must need tiny wheels with baloon rubber to do it tho... and people removing the wheel and fitting the spare then driving off the the clamped wheel in the boot lol. clampers do know people try it tho so quite often loop the chain throught the wishbone ect...

was the guy on foot or in a van? keep a padlock and chain in your car and if you see him chain his van up, even better if he doesnt see you and drives off and ruins his van.... we had a bunch of clampers moved into a small unit where i used to work, they clamped one of our vans parked outside out workshop (we can legally park there), my old boss was an arse,he cut it off then he went and bought a super thick chain and padlock, and put it around the gates to the clampers place lol, took them ages to get it off... i think its very unlikly you will ever get your money back tho mate

You sound like my younger cousin, having a moody moment when things dont go to his plan and then being apoligetic when it all works out for the best. Hello, im back... the rant was because i felt the thread was moved to a section nobody would ever look in so wouldnt grow, not about the spam ect, the forum is very helpful regarding technical info just wanted an archive of the best of the best modifed, but seeing as the thread has grow quite considerably since i logged off last nite im not so annoyed... and for the record i didnt delete any of my pics, that was another helpful mod (< that wasnt a dig, just letting people know i didnt remove anything)... And yeah i would be good to make this a sticky so it doesnt get lost and would be nice if the thread could be tidyed up a bit now

my cars back in the bodyshop as i wasnt 100% happy with the finish on the top edge of the bumper, getting it back tuesday/wednesday so ill refit the splitter and have another look then decide had quite a few pms about it, i know its original and a perfect fit but you can buy copies on ebay for £120 if anyones really desperate for one and yes its the eurothane abs black plastic stuff, not frp fibreglass, so shouldnt smash up too easily if you hit a curb or speedbump...although it has done before...genuine greddy tho!!!!

i need to change my plugs, ive already done the oil and filter but put off buying the plugs, heard there are to differant types, long and short threaded ones? which ones will i need for a 2003 import, its a 300gt model if that makes any differance? and where can i get the best price from for iridium plugs? cheers guys

not a grill is it, just an edging strip, the lip is removed at the moment as its got to go back in the bodyshop cus they polished the bumper after de-dadging it and cut thru the paint on the top edge...not happy, so its going in tuesday/wednesday... then ill remove the chrome strips and fix the lip on...

sorry but i absolutly hate these mesh grills on a zed, i think they look, cheap tackt and really crap the front up, not for me. im thinking of taking those chrome strips off my grill but cant decide? its how the car came and i think i quite like it, ill wait till its lowered and my wheels are painted them decide
