ask if there is a second remote fob key. as a replacement can be very costly. ie £250 but a very minor problem. it all looks very tidy and if the seller is genu-wine then..... and happy

thought the same. my 12 month contract and good text/mins for 23 a month and my htc desire is a iphone beater any day. iphone would have cost me over 600 a year to have. for 2 years, so no upgrades htc desire costs about 250 a year and i can have a new phone after a year.

the dash lights are always on! even when the front lights arent on. so when its getting dark outside, the dash lights seem really bright. then u switch on ure headlights and the dash lights go really dim? try adjusting the brightness of them when the headlights are on. with the right hand set of buttons.

They seem to be really good. So far done about 1K on them. They bedded in nicely and stop the car just fine. I'm really pleased. For normal road use they are great.

I got the mintex pads from break international and i'm happy with them. Good price and delivery.

i would imagine this would cost loads!! new steering wheel, cables/looms, update the ecu. fit sensors possibly. wouldn't be worth it.

looked into this myself. there is nothing that u can buy to replace this. i looked at getting something made and sticking it in there, but they all looked crap. just get a new knob. i did in the end. also try some autosol. on the pattern, took a while to polish but it did look much better.

i had a ford, i only had one key which was annoying. i asked fords:- £230 took it to a local key cutting/programming place. he cut me a new key and programmed it in about 10mins. worked a treat. this was the key with no buttons, which would manually unlock/lock the car and also start it. the ones with buttons would have been £100. i would say ask in ure local cutting/programming place and see what they say.

i was sooooooo annoyed i left the bloody thing at home!!!!! i had the tape ready and everything!!! DOH

i absolutely love this car! it is immense! two of my mates stepped up from a ST to these. one blue and one green. both had them detailed at the same place and the green one was stunning. they sound and accelerate like a bull on steroids but TBH its not a car i could live with as an everyday thing. the reason for the NOT 4wd is that it would massively push the price up and then it would be almost 40k, and lets face it who wants to buy a ford focus for 40k. i would have an audi. my mate works closely with the development of ford cars and that was apparently the reason. however i would have defo considered one if i could afford it at the time of buying the Zed. Green FTW
