to the forum and where you are to your profile then members have an idea if they are close by. Ebay or funkystyling for ya nismo bits. Kickplates you can get from MJP or holdcroft with forum discount. or hold out for ebay but they are a rare item on uk ebay -
you shouldn't get charged more than the £60 I've had it happen on the last car where the windscreen was more than the amount claimable ie £350 with a £50 excess but still paid the excess only and not the additional on top of the £350.

Stephen did say that and I though it was really funny. I thought Stephen did a top job at JAE and was very funny, even if his shameless plug to buy his DVD's didn't come off.

all seems a bit limp wristed to me.

looks good, but seeing as I have already touched up would a time difference of days make any difference to their recommended 45-90 mins, allowing for delivery etc? don't know, try it, at least you've got for the next time. The recommended time they state on the instructions is at least 2hrs but prefer 4hrs. So paint is pretty well set by then.
