just condensation build up on the air con unit, perfectly normal. All aircon cars do it the burning plastic smell isn't though. I would get it checked

only place other than Chris Knott I found are good is L&V which Highway who Chris Knott are dealers for are now part of L&V. May be worth seeing if L&V out of interest are cheaper
