As part of my sell-off, I've found my old DBA 4600S front rotors (warped) and driver's side (I think) window motor which stopped working. I guess these are worth something as my mechanic says they can both be fixed. Is he right or is it bin time?

mmmmmmm........he's a good mechanic with something I don't possess. A memory. I bet he's got all the original stuff tucked away somewhere for me. Why is there a 2nd gasket in the spacer kit? Is this because the original one is still under the spacer and the kit one is above it, below the engine cover?

I'm putting my car back to stock so want to remove and sell the spacer. However, when my garage fitted it, it was new and came in a kit with loads of bolts, gasket etc. When I picked the car up, they didn't give me any of the old bolts, gasket etc. Am I being stupid here but surely when they remove the spacer, they'll need the shorter bolts and old gasket which I don't have. Am I right?

You'll only be able to complete by the end of June if literally EVERYTHING has been done beforehand by the vendor's solicitors - similar to an auction They want to pay some of your deposit and get you in quick. Why? What was it on the market for and what price have you agreed? If you're paying much more than 90% asking price, I'd go back with a reduced offer.
