  10. Seriously, that must have really hurt, he face planted the wight rack I'm currently trying to get fit again after being far too lazy for far too long. Starting back with mainly rowing, got myself a Concept2 rower and RowPro software, feels good to be doing excercise again. Must say I am supprised at the lack of compound and leg workouts in most peoples sessions. They are the single best thing for strength and fitness, isolation exercises are pretty much for tarts or pros who already have the size and strength they want and want to define specific areas more. For beginners I recommend the StrongLifts 5x5 training, you make good progress at a decent pace to be fair alot of the people that have commented do other things aswell to get their general exercise and do the lifting for either fun or to look good. so yes tarts in some respect. i used to do it as it was quite fun, i'd only do it now to improve my ability at other sports

  15. sounds like the kind of fun i have between my landlord and letting agency, i know its a different subject entirely but it sounds oh so familiar, them dodging about apportioning the blame here and there, lying etc. I ended up getting very personal with thier staff, something which is very unlike me they hate me now, but god dam they are quick to respond shame you have to keep the good relations as it makes it more difficult. I also tried the whole legal threat route and they didnt give a toss as they were convinced it was the other parties fault leaving me in the middle like yourself. i have to admit i had to foot a bill of £154 quid myself and charge it back to them in the process though . my point being; it is crap being stuck in the middle of two arguing parties when the outcome affects you more than them. But, these things have a way of sorting themselves out in the end and you'll be happy. bit of nagging always helps speed it along a bit though good luck
  16. On the basis that if they give you the car it will free up their telephone Seriously though what are they playing at? I really do think that if they cannot decide on a firm delivery date to you by the end of January you need to take professional advice. I wonder what Mr Clarkson at Top Gear would think on the matter yep even if they are light hearted emails and phone calls in a friendly manner it gets them thinking "god i still need to do that" every day
  17. ok 24" x 18" sounds good this is the plan then if i have a mate round, perfect pizza for a night in on me one'sy
