  3. i had to bow to lee's knowledge on this one, i was sure i would be able to just change the links like you. lee gave me the bar brackets drop links bushes, the lot. i did as you did and tried to prove him wrong just using the links but ended up rounding the crappy bolts until eventually change the whole lot which took minutes. lesson learned, order the whole lot. i hate it when hes right

  14. i thought about that and realised that they would have to have some minor miracle occur to get anywhere near the top 5 pages of google really. If they cant get high in the search list then i would say they are better off putting a link to their website in other places. i'll give it a go though thanks

  17. If your engine has problems after a quick hosing it was going to have problems anyway lets face it. as long as you dab off the pools and drive it straight away you will be fine, i've done it with every car i've owned and never had a problem. if you notice your engine bay isnt exactly weather sealed from the rain etc. im not suggesting you go wild with the hose though!!
  18. you should be fine, it doesnt lock the boot automatically
  19. that's great info thanks, i'll take a look now
  20. you can actually get the engine bay wet (even with a pressure hose), that's what its designed for, as long as you dab the puddles away with a towel straight away and then take it out for a drive afterwards you can use just normal cleany stuff on it for a basic wash. you will find afterward the belts will squeal for a min but they will be fine. just dont go mad and drown it and make sure its all OFF when you do it.
  21. Hey guys looking for a bit of website/IT know how here My parents have built themselves a really nice holiday let and are looking to have a website to advertise/run it. What we need to know is what this would involve? i guess we need a web address and some way of hosting the site via a server but this is all guess work. Any insights or help would be appreciated; Costs, where to go for it etc. Cheers
  22. i think biscuit is still feeling sore from me being blunt about his old engine cover
