I have a Stillen enclosed cone filter, which I love. Can this be cleaned or does it require replacing? If repplacing where can I purchase one? Thanks in advance

Last week I had a small dent removed from the rear bumper. The garage did a really good job, but managed to spray my stainless back box with silver paint, in 1 section Any ideas how I can get the paint off
