Hey folks if i have to suffer this bloody dash rattle any longer im gonna flip Anybody know how to take the dash apart more so the corner parts that are the same texture as the door. i belive its coming from there, if not its the vent strip at the back with the alarm LED in it. Whats worse is there is a rattle on both sides!!! its a rattle in stereo cheers Gilly

I spoke to the workshop controller at my work and he said there was an active recall on the release bearings. It was just brought up in a convo after he seen the car. Bit i have yet to give him my VIN number to check. Yes i know it will probably happen all over again but i assume some people have had this fixed and for good. so its worth a try. Scott, the nissan master tech says the same about a black one we have had in countless times for this. The driver doesn't get the hint. Should be finding out this week, il let you know how it goes. ultimately i want to have bluetooth in the car. i need the cradle that will take the bluetooth adapter. when i say control box i mean the box that is fitted under the pannel in the glove box. these are the two things that nissan held back in order to make the telephone kit an optional extra. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=13358 above is the thread where i got all me info and pics of the cradle and control box in question (half way down further than the first two pics.) "Someone correct me if im wrong here" Because nismo are directly related to Nissan, a Genuine kit should in theory fit using minimal mods and i mean minimal. its like buying a standard car but then putting a genuine "SRI, GTI ect" upgrade kit on. The part are made in conjunction with nissan so they should fit right on with no mess. so your right my friend buying genuine means piece of mind that the kit will fit as nismo intended. (dam i sound like a carpet sales man ) Gilly

hey folks lookin to get my hands on the standard cradle and control box to activate the hands free function. Not bothered about the bluetooth adapter, one step at a time. So if anyone has these parts kicking about give us a holla please. Gilly
