  1. eriks ! we use them at work , the driver didnt have a tash about 60 called les ?!
  2. Yes went on ok , i did knock both hangers down a bit so the tail pipes sit closer to the bumper inserts and doesnt droop down like some i have seen. The alignment of the pipes horizontally is spot on , when stood at the back of the car if being ultra picky the right tail pipe is about 10 mm further inside the bumper than the left but hardly noticeable I probably will take it off again at some point and have another fiddle with the hangers. Fitting DIY perfectly possible if you have a highlift jack , and access to some good tools. Sound wise i love it , sounds deeper than stock , not loud on idle and gives a nice sound when booting it. for £184 quid on ebay i am pleased with it , looking at getting the matching Y pipe soon too.
  3. Had a passenger ride in one yesterday , was still getting run in , they are are pure beast !, still felt quick even without redlining it ! Cant wait to have a ride when its run in and in 'race mode'
  4. i found this too thinking its bound to be cheaper parking it in a secured garage WRONG ! driveway around £30 quid cheaper ! Found this with multiple insurers too , wonder if its claims for paint tins falling on cars or garage roofs caving in on cars during high winds?
  5. thats etching , doubt you will remove that , i would go straight in with the big guns and try a dab of wonder wheels neat i find bilberry quite mild think you will end up refurbing , once refurbed a good wheel sealant and regular washing will keep them pristine
  6. Nice , any pics from say 2 metres away ?
  7. Thanks for the pic ! , yeah i see what you mean may have a re - think
  8. Thinking of wrapping the lower front bumper lip with carbon film wrap anyone got some pics to show me ? Preferably on a black Z if possible
  9. True, paid £184 for mine , lets see how mine fits when it goes on tomoz!!
  10. I see Japspeed are offering their Y pipes for £140 delivered on Ebay 50 QUID cheaper than on their own website tempted ....must resist ..... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-350Z-Z33-3 ... 35acfc2244
  11. Ok so after i got over my hangover this morning , i set about changing the exhaust Straight out with the big guns and heated up the back box bolts with a plumbers blow torch, they came off a treat onto the Midpipe to Y pipe nuts got one side off no probs thinking this is easy what you lot been complaining about ! Onto the other y pipe bolt wouldnt shift even after 10 mins of heating, ended up rounding the nut off Ok so tried - mole grips - nope dremel - nope chisel - nope Hammer - nope Reciprocating saw with new blade - nope out to b and q for a £15 grinder, job done wish i had done this 1.5 hours earlier So tomoz i have the joys of drilling out the stud in the y pipe which means i have to take off the under body support brace to get the drill in - why didnt nissan just use a normal bolt !! The oem y pipe gasket is a steel type jobbie , was thinking of using this again aswell as the supplied japspeed gasket too ? Whats every one else done ? Also the earth strap has broken , does this really need to go back on ?
  12. I have just bought one similar this week , yours is a toyosports one, a few people have them on here I believe they are ok but hangers may need bending for a perfect fit , sound 30% louder than stock I have just bought one from ebay 2fast2cool which is japspeed K2 fitting tomoz !
  13. Ha ha cant wait !..... Found a couple more guides on the net http://crackaddict.com/~flynn/howtos/in ... .howto.htm http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Tutorial ... st_Install
  14. Ok so my new exhaust is due to arrive later on in the week I got plus gas,Breaker bar , Blow torch already etc My question is if i take that stability type guard off would it be easier just splitting the midpipe to y pipe and try and take the back box and mid pipe together ? How do people find clearance using axle stands is there enough room to comfortably get in ?!
  15. ha ha , wasn't intending on winning to be honest was waiting to get gazumped
  16. looking at 2 fast2 cool other listings they do auctions for 350z only , and skyline only this auction got me confused a bit as its for both 350z and and skyline oh well , sent them a message no doubt i will get a reply back tomoz worth a whirl for the money whilst i save up for something more exotic !
  17. http://completed.shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html ... =50&_rdc=1 Just bought a japspeed k2 on ebay , wasnt going to bid, last minute decision noticed the auction listing says nissan 350z and skyline , i thought the skyline exhaust was longer ? Have i made a boo boo ?
  18. who's is the yellow gt4 ?! want to know where you got your centre caps from ?!
  19. http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... hp?t=64486 http://www.drcolorchip.com/ if your using autoglym super resin polish as the polish is white this gets into your stone chips and i find can stay there when you buff off and can make the chips stand out more. I use poorboys black hole , the actual fluid is black so fills in the stone chips to some degree , also better than srp for filling light swirls http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Poorboys-Black-Ho ... 80fffee102 dr chips is the only way to go for touch in's i find , much better than dabbing the chips with a touch up brush. If you have a touch up pen , try using a cocktail stick instead of brush its more accurate !
