yeah its always a nightmare waiting to pick it up , wondering if you have bought a lemon and will it be ok !!! Can anyone confirm if the wheels on this gt4 are light weight and made by rays ? Are they the same weight as the gt rays ?

Can anyone confirm what the complete gt4 differences are? should this have sat nav ? or was it an option ?

yeah think they realised it was overpriced at £15k , i could have got an 06 for the same money but that comes with the slightly higher road tax. I believe they they are slightly quicker the GT4 is it 296 bhp?

Well after weeks of looking i finally put a deposit down on this mint GT4 this avo Its No.11 , anyone know this car ? Condition wise its spotless ! Couldnt get the price down much as it had just been dropped from £15K Pic up on friday so cant wait Any comments on the car or price paid?

mods to be done will probably be nismo kit , exhaust , spacers , maybe wheels, lowering springs and a trip to abbey..... just debating whether to go for one of the cheap z'ds with cloth seats and try and source some 2nd hand gt seats. what are the buttons on the right hand side of the steering wheel on GT models is it cruise control ? can you retro fit a sub behind the drivers seat in a non gt ?

If you had an absolute maximum budget of 14k which zed would you choose ? Im at a bit of a dilema really , do i buy a cheaper z say a 53 or 54 plate for say £11 - 12k then have some money to put a nismo kit on and maybe change the wheels. Pros - Mod money , cheaper tax , a bit of money left over Cons - probably higher mileage 45 k plus maybe non Gt spec. or Do i buy the newest and low mileage zed i can afford which is probably a 06 plate with 20 - 30 k any mod bit by bit. Pro's - New car,low mileage Cons - car tax will be ,£435 a year instead of £235. right at the top of my budget , by the time i have added a few bits car will have cost me another few grand. Guys , i have seen a couple of Z's that are low mileage , tick all the boxes but dont have leather seats. Apart from sourcing some 2nd hand Gt ones , has anyone fitted some aftermarket ones that are factory look ish? Not keen on the Bride seats etc , would prefer a factory look or something not too 'track' oriented any reasonably cheap upgrades been carried out on here ?

I was wondering what peoples approach was when buying cars from garages. I automatically assume every dealer should knock off £300 quid for a cash deal?! Some play hard ball and say screen price or nothing ! , some wont even give you tax if you pay screen price ! Whats your approach , do you go in asking for lots of money off and walk if they dont play ball ?

ooh ! popular thread , my budget seems to be going up and up to get what i want ! hopefully in next 2 weeks i will find something, mad busy at the mo too which is hindering my viewing time, already missed out on a couple as didnt get there quick enough
