I wouldn't worry too much ... I had something similar when I purchased my Zed.. The previous owner hadn't sent off their part of the V5 .. So I just used the following application form: http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum_dg ... 067819.pdf and sent off the new keeper supplement part with it ...
