That did also cross my mind nurrish I'm going to try and get the pics sorted over the weekend, but I have a wedding to go to...the Groom has asked me to drop him off at the church, so i better get detailing on friday!!!

Go and have a word with your local freindly steeler stew, you may be suprised with the value of your 350! My 350 GT (no nav) on an 05 (55) went up £1500 in value from March!!!!! I then haggled to get some profit out of the 370 I was buying tweeked the finance and came up with a very agreeable deal which is costing me not much more monthly than my 350 was, so for me it was a no brainer. If this aint an option you have the 350 dont ya!

well guys the day came, and all went well, I was there at 9am sharp and after the usual customer satisfcation questionaires etc I was let off the leash in my White 370GT + Nav. Wow!!! is all I can say...what an amazing experience, power is much much better than my old 55 Azure GT, the ride is so so much better, and the white pearlescent finish gleaming in the sun got a load of admiring looks. I put 50 miles on the clock yesterday just pottering around town, and out to some near by country lanes to see she what she could do..i wasn't dissapointed! The only downside the exhaust noise I drowned out with tunes from the Bose system anyway which intergrated with the Nav and Ipod via Aux was again top notch. I really cant write enough superatives about the new Z, I know that it has had it's detractors on this forum, but to me there is no comparison, the sheer presence and styling of this car got noticed everywhere and I mean everywhere! I stopped at the local KFC for a quick Zinger burger for lunch, went inside, reappeared and saw 6 kids around 10-12 years old all looking through the windows and taking pictures on there phones....the usual questions then came, how much was it? how fast have you gone in it? etc then one kid said it would be wicked for drifting like the 350 (a lad who knows his cars i thought!!) he then offered me "a quid" to take him for a spin Part of me thought why not the kid obviously loves his cars but then the thought of having a snotty kid in the nice leather/suede seats put me off No pictures as yet sorry, as im away with work until friday so cant drive her again until then, when i have a decent drive on the motorway for the first time, so that will test what she is like on longer journeys, but so far it's 10/10 from me.

well the wait is nearly over, 12 hours time, i'll be sitting in my new pride and joy the wait is doing my head in!!

Went down again yesterday, and saw her being moved from the yard into the "lock up" for the prep. Didnt get chance to get pics but will get them up after i have picked her up on Tuesday...cant promise it will be tuesday though as i'll be taking a little spin around town to test her out, so may not get to my laptop The plan for the weekend to pass the time is. The Match this afternoon will take the afternoon up, tonight I get hammered, stay in bed until sunday lunch, out for a last spin in the 350 on sunday afternoon, out on the pop again on sunday night, which means I only have monday to wait!!! Gonna be a long bank holiday monday though!!!

Im going back down tomorrow with the old man as he's buying a new Note (not quite in the Z league, but a nice car for the old fella) so will try and sneak some pics...the salesguy didnt want me to see it until it was fully prepp'd and in all it's glory!

Went down to the dealership today to dot the I's and cross the T's for my White 370 GT + NAV and it had just turned up...it looked My fears over the colour match on the bumpers have gone as it's pretty much spot on which is a releif, but I so want it now! it was still wrapped up in plastic (on the wheels etc), so hasnt been prepped ready for Tuesday (1st September), but it looked amazing It's a nightmare I just want it now!!

Will do Stu! Iv'e already spoken to the nearest NPC about sorting the exhaust and they haven't heard anything yet...I was hoping someone on here would have a suggestion or 2!! First thing after picking the car up will be scouring around for a new Xhaust Wont be long before you all realise the error of your ways and come over to the 370 dark side PS..Saw a brown one today on the A14 !!!

Hi all I simply cannot believe what has just happened to me!! Pulled up at the lights, Z newly cleaned, fiddle with the stereo, look to my right and see a 1000% chav (you know the sort Collar sticking up, fake burberry Cap on etc) giving it the "big un" revving the engine, music blarring, dying for a race from green. I look down at his car and its a YELLOW DIAHATSU CHARADE, about 100 years old, but it did have GTI stuck on the wing...that got me worried i'd get blown away When I finally stopped laughing I realised he had about a 10ft head start on me...thus i duely got my arse in gear and stuck my foot down, leaving him somewhere in the neighbouring county behind!! It was just so funny, but has got me thinking what is the worst car that has ever had a pop at you in your Z for a race? I bet the Charade will take some beating!!

Ahh I get you...Agree Rank colour!!! - Doesn't do the car any favours at all. Re- The auto gear box...simples dont get an auto box on a car like the Z, seems sacralidge (sp.) to me anyway

No worries mate. I did notice it straight away on the one at Holdcrofts Tbh, so to hear that it perhaps wasn't too bad on the one you saw helps...suppose i'll just have to see how it arrives...cant wait for it to come but just want it to look the dogs which in my opinion it does, and not have a "but" due to the paintwork if you understand where im coming from.

Ok now I'm getting VERY worried!! I love the 370 and in white I think it looks sweet with the speckled pearlescent finish, so much so that I ordered a GT with Nav which is due on 1st September. However I am now getting seriously worried about the paint match issue, The Demo car that I drove had the problem and I was assured by the dealer that it would be sorted on customer cars which alayed my fear a bit, but since I have seen it on 2 other white 370's and on a 60k GTR! If they cant get it right on that what chance have I got! Anyhow I have called Nissan (GB) Customer service and expressed my concern that on a 31k car I shouldnt be worrying about blo+dy paint matching, they have given me a reference number and said that when the car comes if there is an issue then they will sort it out. Im just getting so worried about it now cos it will drive me mad if the match is pants, so much so that i'm considering swopping to Red, but dont really want to! I have only paid a very small deposit, so advice please guys!! Where do I stand if, when the car comes the match is pony, do I not accept it and hand over any more money until its sorted, as me thinks that it will be easier to get sorted before i hand over the £££ The dealer did say that a lot of manufacturers struggled with paint match since the advent of the new paint legislation, but to be honest i haven't noticed it be an issue for the likes of Audi, Ford or anyone else for that matter. Am i just over worrying

Good summary there stew. I thought the same about the cabin, it did seem a bit smaller but it also felt a bit more snug as if the seat held you in a bit more....probably doesn't it just "felt" like that Glad you enjoyed your test drive, you got to overtake as well, i didn't really have the oppo to do so It was ages ago when i had my test and the car isnt due for a month, so me thinks i might go for another little looksy!

Fair point mate. Still wont change my mind as I think the only thing better on the 350 over the 370 is the exhaust note....that i'll have to save the pennies for a nice aftermarket, which will be hard as I spunking it all on getting the 370 in the first place, as my 350 has done 95k now!

Shame I quite fancied having it done, but if the signal is crap no point i suppose. Surely someone out there knows a technical wizard who can convert and get could results...anyone have any experience of doing ths?

Hi all Im sure that this must have been covered on here at some point, but nothing came up on the search. Does anyone know if you can mod the Satnav to receive Freeview TV signals, and if so how much is it gonna set me back? thanks in advance
