hi, does anyone know the weight of an oem front bumper as i have to send one & the parcel company is asking the weight of it??? also can anyone recommend a parcel company, i was thinking parcelmonkey, but if anyone knows a better one your help would most appreciated. thanks matt.

youve done it back to front m8, your car will be mapped to a car with no mods, which will give you improved performance untill you do any modding, unless you got a generic off the peg map designed for the basic mods most people get on the zeds, in which case your car will probably be running too rich as exhausts, spacer & induction, usually make cars run lean & if its mapped to your car with no mods, then when you get your zourst, etc it then will be running lean & need mapping again. so either way theres no point getting a remap first unless you dont intend to do any modding or it will just need mapping after every new mod, hence why 99.9% of people map after modding. its all about airflow & how rich/lean your fuel is running & every mod having an effect on this.

20's for looks, 19's for performance. the bigger the slower the car & heavier the driving feel, but they look so sexy its a hard call. i think 350z 19's, 370z 20's, unless used on track.

you could just buy some aftermarket vents, i'm sure there a few different styles around & get a good body shop to cut them in or sell me your bonnet lol

The flexi bit is for movement protection & is on most of the high end y-pipes too, not just the japspeed! (tanabe, md xyz, 5zigen, ect) http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Y-Pipe Stillen obviously decided it wasn't enough of an issue to warrant one as it would flow better without.

hi chris, is the stillen y-pipe the ridgid one without the flexi bits at the top & if so is there any issues with it being rigid as nearly all the rest are flexible to allow movement? thanks matt

Y-Pipes are not cheap, the cheapest Japspeed ones are still almost £200 i know hence " i was hoping for a secondhand one." but thanks anyway lol

you should tell the letting agent your reducing the amount of rent your giving them, by the amount you feel is sufficient to the issues you've had, untill the jobs are done, they'll soon take action! this is sound advice for anyone renting. if you have a problem that isnt getting sorted in a timely fashion threaten financial penalties, theres nothing like getting less money to get a landlord or letting agent to get them moving, trust me im a past master!!! thus ends your education grasshopper!!! hope this helps. matt
