  1. you could try changing the master cylinder, as its usually the slave or master cylinder.
  2. Hi folks, I've been thinking of trying out Millers Oils NANODRIVE CFS 0w-30 NT Full Synthetic Engine Oil, it sounds really good & wondered if anyone on here had tried it & what they thought about it? I usually use silkoline pro s 5w30 & thought id give this a go, but it only comes in 0w30 or 5w40 so thought id go 0w30 as i do alot of short drives. Thanks. Matt (Wide)
  3. tbh thats what i was thinking too, probably not worth the extra dosh for fast road/ basic mods. thanks
  4. Hi all, has anyone tried the HKS HYBID SPORTS OIL FILTER & did you notice any difference to say a k&n or oem filter as they are twice the price of the k&n & 3 times that of the oem so was just wondering if people thought it was worth it or not, hks claim "A new concept oil filter which improves oil pressure drop and flow properties by approximately 30% compared to current sports oil filters. Large diameter "Super Intake Hole" and newly developed low resistance hybrid filter allows for low pressure loss. Engine response is improved by reducing the load on the engine." thanks for any info. matt (wide)

  7. hi all, my car has started stalling after the battery was disconnected when i had my seats removed for reupholstering. it never used to stall & now stalls or nearly stalls every time i start it. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks matt (wide)
  8. The pictures don't really do them justice! Imho they look the mutts nuts, perfectly matching the interior with an understated subtle yet stylish sporty look. I am extremely pleased with the finished article.
  9. No they were made by a company called Transco & fitted by Trim-Tec in wednesbury, as it wasn't too fare from Birmingham & i'd heard good reports about the quality of his work. Price, you wouldn't believe me if i told you. between a third & a quarter of what i should have paid.
  10. thanks i was going for sporty but yet subtle.
  11. Hi folks, This is a link to photobucket of my newly fitted interior, i designed & had made by Transco & fitted by Trim-Tec. Its black nappa leather with silver piping & silver stitched quilted perforated centre sections. http://s1325.beta.photobucket.com/user/ ... s/library/

  13. well someone got them for a great price!
  14. ask alex if he'll take it back, you never know he's a sound bloke. always worth a try!
  15. if your gonna go for that set up & most on here wouldn't theres a great set of volks. 19x10.5JJ Offset +21 Volks Rays GT-C Alloy Wheels, on ebay here's the link. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 500wt_1413 just looked & its over but his name & no. is Harry 07943 100 101. they were up at bids starting at £1200 but he had no interest, i bet you could get them for a grand maybe less & that would be a steal.
  16. Oh SMD, suits you sir! loving the pink effort boyo!
  17. These look lovely mmmmm, could match the piping to my wheel colour Yep hence why i said black with silver or white pipping, but im also gonna go quilted in the middle section. The company im using is called Transcal & i spoke to them about a possible group buy as there has been some interest. I'm getting mine for an absolute bargain as its the company that i bought the "fresh leather" from in the spotted on ebay section. The MD of the company has proper done right by me & will most likely use mine as an example of the quality of their work, if a group buy is offered.
  18. looks good, im liking the quilting and removal of the ball catcher on the driver side seat, ive been toying with removing it too, as i think it looks like theres too much going on with it there & it detracts from the classy look of the re-trim. the other option is to have one on both but like i said i think it looks too crowded. my idea is black leather with silver or white piping and a slightly lighter black or dark grey leather centre section which is quilted with white or greg stitching to match the piping from base to headrest. but not inc the headrest. its gonna be the dogs danglers!
  19. no its a company called transcal & once mine is finished & fitted they may run a group buy & use mine as a show piece
