Excellent stuff mate, well done! I can only echo what has been previouly said, warming up, stretching, pacing yourself and recovery are some of the most important things for any physical activity.

Put my plate from my other car on retention on November 6th. I'm still waiting for the v5 to come through so I can sell the car. According to the DVLA, it can take from 4-6weeks for them to print out a new V5. The guy that has put a deposit down on my car may be waiting a while..

I had just spent the last 3 hours talking to my insurance company, getting passed from England to Mumbai and back. I taken the policy out on Saturday when I was 20 years old, fully comp, 3 years no claims, £750 excess, courtesy car for £1700 I got quoted today, 21 years old, 3 years ncb, £350 excess, courtesy car, breakdown cover £1246.70. So a saving of nearly £500, with much more cover. I'm really pleased with that :o)

Very true G18FAN, I always make sure my doors are locked when i'm driving out and about in M/Well. Where abouts do you work? I can't say i've seen your car about. Whats the name of your mates garage? I've been lurking on these forums for over a year now, I just thought i'd say hi. I collected my 350z GT from a forum member as an early 21st present for myself, and i'm very pleased with it. So far, i've put 300 miles on the clock, just dilly dallying around driving with my window down admiring the sound of the car. I've not even put a CD on yet.. lol Anyway, less of the blabbering. here is some pictures. Some ones I taken on my phone.. It really doesn't show the 6 hours I spent cleaning it today. I don't have many plans for it. I've already put LED rear number plate lights in, the alloys will be getting refurbed in the spring as there is light kerbing on them, stubby aerial, and new gear knob as my leather alzean some signs of wear and tear on it. Looking forward to some future meets. Stephen.

Spotted two Z's within 5 minutes of each other. First was red sitting at traffic lights, other was silver 04, possibly non-GT? I was in the gun metal grey zed. Cheers

I'd sort the tyres out myself as I can get them cheap Martin. To be honest I wouldn't put part worn tyres on any car of mines. Phoned nissan in Glasgow today, they quoted me £82 for a key + vat, £50+vat for programming which seems awful steep. I'll give you a bell/text later on. Cheers

I went to view a 53 plate GT yesterday. The clutch had been replaced only a few thousand miles ago with an exedy clutch and a fidanza flywheel. Car pulled nicely through the gears, however 5th gear was a major struggle. Almost to the extent you had to force the car into gear. I was told this is common, is this the case? Cheers

Roughly 10ish. I was just heading to my gf's in bearsden and you were going the other way just after m&s. I spotted the plate more than anything else as it was pissing down at the time. Lol
