    Tints

I have found, generally very easy to peel off if done with patience and not too agressively.

Good job. I use Nattys' and Poorboys' and find them excellent products.

    Tints

I have all my cars windows tinted. I find really dark tints look terrible/cheap and are dangerous during dark o'clock. I normally go for 35% film. I've found 50% and above and there is no visible difference to standard. Driving in strong sunlight gives me a sore head but a slight tint makes the whole cabin more comfortable. Remember, as a general rule if you have a dark interior the tint will appear darker, with a light interior a weak tint may not make difference to appearance of car. As for aesthetic value, it's all down to personal taste. I think done properly and at the right level it can transform a motor. Around £180 would be a good price for a Z. Worth paying for quality, there are lots of wannabe amateurs out there.
  7. I fitted a Richbrook aerial, went straight on and also screws on to aerial fitting for security. Had a smaller stubby fitted but the radio reception was absolute pants.

Nice engine bay mate, and nice car!
  9. I've also used Craigsplates and Myshowplates for my bikes and cars, both have provided good service.
  10. Hi mate, new to this game to! It is basically an induction kit, the name relates to the make. Everyone who has them fitted really rates them. Hope that gives a bit of an answer.
  11. Its the little things like this that are so useful. Thanks for making the effort to post this. A grateful JDM owner.
  12. Although the engines are strong it is a pretty high mileage compared to many other cars available.
  13. Welcome mate. Great forum to be part of.
  14. 12.1 is VERY good. That said I can average around 9-10 and mine is an auto and possibly pushing out circa 320bhp!

  16. Down in yon London or I would have been well up for a run with you all. That said had a great blast from London to Brighton last weekend with our Southern cousins, great crowd and some really nice Zeds in attendance. Is that the Falls o' Feugh car park? Great tea rooms there selling low calorie diet cakes by the dozen!! Home over Christmas/New Year, may catch some of you then? Cheers.
  17. Seriously considering this bumper. Anyone recommend a good bodyshop in London to have it painted and fitted. I am ULTRA fussy with these things so don't mind paying that bit extra for better job. Any idea of rough guide to price I could expect to pay? thanks Guys.

  23. Hi mate. What price are the spacers new? Same question for appropriate extended bolts to facilitate the spacers? Cheers. I'll join the queue of perspective buyers!!!!!
  24. I agree mate about the brakes. They are very sharp but I have only driven a 350Z with standard brakes in the past, so no comparison to gauge by. Looking at the Brembo set up, my brakes can't be better!? Being new to the Z I'm pretty ignorant to these things but I fancy sourcing some Brembos and having them fitted to finish the car off. That and about another dozen other items!! Thanks for the comments.
